The major problem in every game that I don't want to make stupid rules for is player inactivity. This is my solution to player inactivity, but it requires a lot of work from the people running the game:+ Show Spoiler + Firstly, there are no special roles, there are only townies and mafia. Secondly, everyone has income of $10 per night or $5 if they preform an action anytime during that day/night cycle. Everyone has a max of $25 they can carry (unless they borrow money from a lender). Thirdly, anyone may use any number of tradesmen they can afford per day (though not all are worth using more than once and not all can be used more than once per day). Fourthly, Mafia spend only $10 to make their hits and each individual mafia chooses his hit. They are also permitted to use the tradesmen. Finally, the trader list as I have it right now: Detective - $10 - You are allowed to ask if one clue points to one person and are given a yes/no answer. Hitman - $35 - The hitman will kill one player of your choice during night, however a clue will be left pointing to you. The hitman may only be used once per day. Lender - n/a - You can take out money from the lender equaling up to a max of $35. Each day after that you lose your income until your debt is paid off. If you do not spend any money over $25 before the end of the day you will lose whatever amount down to $10. Informant - $5 - Lets you in on one additional clue that day. The clue is the same for each person and there is only one additional clue per day. Bodyguard - $15 - Protect one person of your choice for the night. Personal Shield - $25 - Gives you one night live. Maximum one. Hero - $20 - Prevents the lynching of that days vote. Mesmer - $15 - Prevent one player of your choice from preforming any actions that day/night cycle. Actions preformed prior to purchasing this cannot be undone so players must use this early on in the day to gain its full power. Priest - $25 - May resurrect target player of your choice. Can only use once per day. Loan - n/a - You may give another player in the game up to $5. You may only use this once per day. | ||

Also, I'm writing a post-game "write-up", kind of like how NeoIllusions did for Travian. If members of each side, including special roles, vanilla townie, mafia, etc. Give me some PM logs, or IRCChat logs or something, it would be greatly appreciated. If key players such as Tracil, L2W, alventenie, etc. give me their personal thoughts after each "round", it would also be appreciated. | ||

Before I begin stating my opinion on who to lynch, let me first bring out my latest defense. You guys all know what I've said before, so I can't go and say it again. So instead I'll turn to recent events. Please turn your attention to our last lynch. Unforgiven_ve was lynched and uncovered as mafia.
