Hey guys,
I'm going to try to run this set up here. It's fairly straightforward. You are all cops, and you each have an additional modifier to your role that messes with cop results.
Everyone also has an ability that activates once they have been investigated 4 times (some bad, some good).
4 Town 1 Mafia
Set up is semi-open.
Sample Role PM:
Hey,
You are a Town Cop ! Every night, you may target someone to investigate you will be informed if this player is mafia or town. Every day, during they day, you have your vote and your voice.
You are also a 1-shot Miller ! The first person to investigate you will receive a red check, everyone after that will receive a green check.
If you are investigated 4 times, you become a town roleblocker ! You will only be able to perform 1 action per night.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't just run VT/mafia goon. Because if everyone has checks/ miller returns mafia/ setup involves checks not being reliable/ no one can rely on checks so why have them? -Dense ES

Claims and checks can be very valuable. I've run this set up twice, it usually seems to play nicely.

I'll join on Friday/Saturday if I can get another hotspot, never play before (still but sounds interesting!) Sounds like game goes fast anywho~~ If game is not full I'll join by Saturday latest! Otherwise I'm be mia for a while !!

For those that don't know, Dethy is a 4cop/1mafia setup that goes like this:
1 scum 1 cop 1 insane cop 1 naive cop 1 paranoid cop
n0 start, no nk on n0 (but cops check).

If you play with no lynch, it's impossible for mafia.

Its a set up that I made. I wanted to make a set up like Dethy in such a way that it gives information, but that it's not solvable.

If you play with no lynch, it's impossible for mafia. Dethy isn't solvable unless the mafia screws up or the town gets lucky. But the scum must know what to claim and when to go big.
But yes, it generally ends in a 3 person lylo with 1 person clear town.
Thing about Dethy though, is that it's much better in real life/irc/voice mafia, because a short time limit makes people scramble to figure shit out and be less efficient at solving the game.
And yes, Dethy is mandatory lynch + mandatory night kill with alignment-only flips. Any other version is solvable.
