Every player gets an equal range of numbers from 0 to 59.
60/nPlayers will be the range.
It will go by the order of the player list.
So if 60/nPlayers was 5, the first player on the player list would get 0 to 4.

Then we look at the time stamp of a host's next post. The seconds will dictate which player gets lynched.

So if Onegu posts at 13:10:02, then the first player on the player list gets lynched.
If he posts at 13:10:58, then the last player gets lynched.
