I am pretty sure I stated that I like Damdred In the thread based on his early game interactions. And I thought rayn also made a good point about Damdred. Should be pretty clear I don't want to lynch Damdred.

You're right in theory it's possible for scum!marv to be modkilled; I don't think it's likely though. marv said to me he never missed a vote in his mafia career; if he's AFK and seemingly going to be modkilled, he's probably scum going to vote at the last second.
