Just a simple game of Mafia.
Co-hosted by GlowingBear and Onegu.
The Setup:
- Six Vanilla Townies + One Blue Role vs. Two Mafia
- The Blue role and Mafia roles will be randomly generated.
- Pseudo-instant-majority lynch (See below for explanation).
- Silent Nights.
Voting:
- All voting is done in-thread. Standard formatting (##Vote: <Player>).
- Every 24 hours, the host will check the votecount. If there is a majority on one player, a lynch will occur. If not, the day will continue.
- After a player is lynched, no posting is allowed until the next daypost.
- There are no deadlines. If I feel a day is dragging on too long, I will set a lynch-deadline for that day. Yes, this is entirely subjective.
House Rules:
- I am lenient about in-thread behavior - Mafia is an emotional game. You will be warned if you cross the line. You will be modkilled/replaced if you cross it again.
- Don't cheat. See the TL Mafia Model OP (click!) for details.
- Do not interact with the host in thread. Send all questions or concerns by PM while the game is in progress.
- Play to win.

I can make this a 9-man or 13-man setup depending on interest.
Also, please read the OP before signing up, especially the voting mechanic. It different, but not difficult.

so, theoretically (if you didn't impose a lynch deadline) day 1 could last for a week? lol ^^ cool

I've hosted two of these before, and I've only ever had to impose a deadline once. But yes, a day could theoretically last a week, and possibly longer if the thread is active and discussing things. I'll generally impose deadlines if I feel no progress is being made in the game.
Nights will last 24 hours. In the past, I've ended nights when all night-actions were in, but I want to avoid the potential for "wifom scumhunting/bluehunting" based on when the night ends.
Just think of it as a 24-hour sanity break from the game.

Noir 2 was my second game ever on this site.
BH claimed cop d1, MM and robik both CC'd him. BH was lynched then the next day MM was lynched, robik had rescinded.
It was uch a weird game

I'm really excited about this game, and for once I get to play with one of my wacky mechanics :D
