The rules for the voting requirement were clear, and I also specifically PMed you all reminding you to vote. There was no confusion over whether it was legal to not vote in the event of a day timing out. I also specifically laid out activity requirements, which were ignored. Despite not following my activity requirements that I laid out, Chairman Ray successfully cast a vote. This sole act amazingly puts him in the top half of the lylo players, so I will let him off with a warning. I'll see the rest of you in the ban list thread.
