Yet because he threw in this line in his response to your points on him I also decided before the game that i am going to be more passive and not a usual shithead who jumps on all the places. Yes, i would do that as mafia aswell, but that does not mean i am mafia. Also, this is the perfect game to start because i don't give a fuck if you lynch me because i can just shoot mafia. I instantly felt more aprehensive. Maybe this was his plan all along with posting that though because it took the edge off what I was thinking. I assumed it meant "post everything I'm thinking" which would correlate to what he has been doing.
Your last 2 points on him about having wrong reasons are like quintessential any alignment rayn though he just calls people scum/town with no reason all the time.
I liked the fact that he was trying to get you and DP to stop and actually start making cases because you were clogging up the thread with useless crap at that point, if he was mafia he'd perpetuate that or just sit back and let you get out of hand (something you even mentioned at the start would be great for scum).

There isn't a LYLO in this game. Even if it is 3v2 and we mislynch, the player has the chance to kill a mafia and keep the game going. The only way the mafia can win is to stir up emotions in the town.
In fact this is why I don't think we should have people say who they would shoot. This paints a big target on their back for the mafia as "Should we push this guy" or "Should we take the pressure off of him".
After all to the mafia there is no difference between lynching a mafia, and lynching a town who would shoot mafia.

I don't think marv's points point to you being scum and you have been asking questions so I don't think you're as scummy as marv makes out for you to be so why would I invest so much time into reading you more and more when I have 2 other people that I think are definitely more scummy?

That's not what i did. I thought you did intentionally provoke DP into raging and therefore asked marv about the post he made about DP. I had missed a comment of yours regarding your read on DP, and when i found it i understood what marv said and more importantly why he did say what he did.
But the thing i still don't get about you is why did you drop your scumread on DP?

So if I assume you're town, DP, then whatever it takes for this not to happen is what you gotta do. Because I'm not having tits throw this game away because they're pissed off and they want to shoot people. In your opinion, is it only DP who is to "blame" here? Why d you think it's only DP that needs to calm down and not Holyflare who needs to not provoke people in a way that he KNOWS pisses them off? That being said i like his recent posting much more. That's what i'm referring to. My case on wave was him not making sense and my case on prome (regardless of whether his cephiro mislynch post was a joke or not) was that he was lynching lurkers (cephiro over you rayn for no reason). DP is a case of too much legitimate rage to be scum. He's literally arguing with me and marv over the most lame shit over and over again and when it get's too heated it's "lynch me i don't care i'll shoot you". That would be -1 mafia and he'd be shooting the guy that he "thinks" is scummy so that wouldn't make any sense. You can argue that his rage is fake and he wouldn't shoot marv etc but I don't think it is.

Okay, but my case on Prome was not the same things you said. I did not say "he wants to lynch lurkers", i said he can't possibly justify townreads on other people based on what has happened in thread. I also do not think you talked about his stance on you in your case. Unless you meant the one half arsed comment he made about you after that? Then my apologies but you were not being clear enough. I was talking about the fact that he wanted other people to talk more about you but never really seemed to have any interest in doing so or leading the discussion that way.

Someone requested a rules clarification on mafia's win-condition.
The game ends in a mafia victory when the following two conditions are fulfilled:
1) The # of Mafia is greater than or equal to the # of Town.
2) The town has no possible way to change the balance back in its favor.

This is why people should at the very least be shooting into a pool of people. For example if I got lynched (roflcopter) I would be shooting between my 7-8-9 type thing. There's no reason for people not to be indicating who they would shoot, because who they would shoot = scumreads and that could get quite silly... ;p
