The point is blazinghand is not just going to mod-kill the out-liars like marv and rayn which is the correct course of action, he wants to be stricter which completely marginalizes certain play styles including mine.

As for the shit fight with marv, well marv get's like that when you call him scum. I was warned and toned down after that warning (holy crap the system worked !??!?!!?)

That was also completely strategic. I didn't want marv to be productive, i didn't want to get into lengthy discussions with marv, I wanted to runi the towns atmosphere. Start a shit fight (by calling marv scum) and then refuse to interact with him for the rest of the game. Well that seems to fit those objectives perfectly.

1 game ban for Rayn for flaming and forcing me to modkill/replace him.
Warning for Koshi for repeatedly posting in question text asking me to modkill people. This is not appropriate, and he should have just PMed me.
Warning for Robik for flaming and making the situation worse early on. This is not a ban, because Robik shaped up and did a good job of not stepping out of line the rest of the game. He did not give me cause to modkill him.

If people believe these punishments are too light, or not strong enough on the people who got modkilled later, bear in mind that the goal here isn't to prevent Rayn or Marv, who are generally excellent players, from ever playing. And most of the people I had to modkill or deal with were just reacting to the awful game thread. Light but just punishments for the sources of the awfulness.
