Requesting a warning for Mr. Cheesecake for talking about his replacement request in the thread, in such a way that "confirmed" him as town: link
Mr. CC had personal reasons why he needed to leave the game so I am not requesting anything on that account.
I think in fairness I may also have to warn both kushm4sta and wherebugsgo for talking about moderation, specifically modkills (my bold below):

I didn't warn for these at the time, though I really should have. I was asleep at the time these posts were made and didn't quite think about them hard enough in the morning. Basically, the reason for the warning is that if these players really felt that the other's play warranted a modkill they should have brought it to me privately rather than shouting about it publicly, as stated in the OP:
IMPORTANT: DO NOT ABUSE THESE RULES. If you have a problem with someone else's posting bring it to me PRIVATELY. If you attempt to leverage for in-game purposes your dissatisfaction (genuine or not) with someone else's play, for whatever motives, I WILL modkill you. You will not be given a warning first.
I wasn't confident enough that their statements actually made any difference to anybody's read on them to modkill the two of them outright, but I think that they both breached this rule sufficiently to warrant a warning.
The latter two warnings are kind of borderline for me, especially since I neglected to warn in-game for them, so I'd appreciate opinions one way or the other on them - I'm willing to waive them if somebody convinces me otherwise. Also if someone else did something like this and I missed it, feel free to bring that to my attention.
Overall I'm very happy with the behavior in Quiet Game; aside from the above there was very little objectionable material at all.

Those are reasonable warnings given the rules you put in place imo.

I'm fine with the warning as well. That was definitely over the line as far as I am concerned for my own personal play.

Question: If a player has a warning, and then gets warned again, what happens? Because my original understanding was 2 warnings = ban, but rereading the OP made me realize that is incorrect.

Again... can we change warnings to last a set time period? That way they're much easier to track and enforce. Speaking of which, Cephiro still has not been removed from the ban list despite the fact that I've posted/pm'd that he should've been. Additionally, StorrZerg should have a 2 game ban not a 1 game ban for having an active warning during a ban. Thank you.

he's right, the warning system is a little confusing and difficult to keep up with. I didn't even know before today that warnings ever expired

Ah, but if you check the spoiler, you can see that cephiro is under the category "removed from the ban list".

I'm also on the removed from ban list. He's only had 1 ban which he served. So he shouldn't be on the ban list and not able to play in games.

Nope, its the warned person's responsibility to PM me if they want to be unwarned, this is supposed to reward activity, not being away from tl. The whole point is to reward people for behaving well in games subsequently.
I'm not retroactively changing storrs ban just because you yell about it. I screwed up, so be it.
Fixed the ceph thing.
