I see no reason scum couldn't hide amongst the people who have already contributed. If we really decide to lynch a random lurker, it's a crapshoot that scum can influence to just make sure it hits town. There needs to be better reasoning than that. Artanis is a euro so he might not be here for a while. Everyone else needs to post but there's no time limit so I would give it at least 12-24 hours to see if people contribute.
People behaving scummy should always take priority over people who aren't doing anything at all and we need to let more time pass to allow peoples intentions to become more clear.

You can't throw 3 joke votes down in a game like this. With a scumteam of 2, they can swoop in and force an instant mislynch. In the ensuing chaos it wouldn't be terribly difficult to swing suspicion onto one of the initial voters. However, I don't think any serious townie wouldn't have realized that. At least 1 scum I would imagine has already voted me.
