You can't throw 3 joke votes down in a game like this. With a scumteam of 2, they can swoop in and force an instant mislynch. In the ensuing chaos it wouldn't be terribly difficult to swing suspicion onto one of the initial voters. However, I don't think any serious townie wouldn't have realized that. But really, do you actually think that scum would hammer a townie within 10 minutes from the start of the game? Thats like "OH HEY GUYS POLICY LYNCH ME WOOOO!" | ||

I never joke around in mafia games so I just kinda assume everyone is the same way. Hence why I usually dip out for the first hour or so, my approach doesn't work in this kind of atmosphere. | ||

The whole "joking" thing is because of the guys active so far, most of us know each other really well and have played in a bunch of games together. Like I've played a TON of games with Thrawn and Mr.CC. I think I've played 2 with Dandel (and viscously mislynched him in the last one =O). Anywho, it'll get serious soon enough. I think we've done a fair job of breaking the ice so far... even with the claim =P | ||

If there's a second named, scum already know the setup in the first place, right? Since they'd have a roleblocker, and one named is already claimed. So of two rb setups, they already know the real one. At this point, having a "confirmed" town might be better. Also, if it then turns out there's a power-blue left over, we'd have easy pickings.
