There are so many holes in his logic:

1) Excellent choice to kill a supposed confirmed townie. Hapa could be mafia fakeclaiming DT for townie cred, knowing ghost's alignment.
2) Hapa being shot would ONLY confirm ghost as town if and only if hapa flips green. Only me and mrcc were suspicious of hapa and mrcc never posted any cases. He only whined about crap like how hapa was betrayed his trust.

eg:
Get Kush to vote for MrCC
Then hapa to vote for ghost

But he DIDN'T

Problem is, if kush is scum and hapa JKed kush, The night kill would have went through

For someone who has spent so much time devising a plan, he doesn't seem to be sure on what he wants.
If you think kush is scum, why not do a confirm vote with Kush actually involved?
