it is physically impossible for all three of TC, Acro and Hope to be town. TC says that he is town and one of Acro/Hope is scum. Acro has a check witch confirms another of TC's checks so for him TC and Acro must be town while Hope must be scum. For Hope he must be town and either TC is a liar, and therefore scum, or Acro is scum.

I think the parties I proposed above are as near confirmed town as we can get in this situation. Given this player pool, you can trust me. Why? I think the point is that after we lynch Toad during the next lynch cycle, that we may never even HAVE another lynch cycle. Meaning that even if you outed yourself as scum, we wouldn't necessarily have a way to do anything about it. I can't imagine that town collectively doesn't have enough abilities to dispatch of Toad in a cycle if we focus him down. I'd like to think that the game is balanced well enough that being 99.9% confirmed scum is pretty darn bad. Oh well. I'll be sitting here lonely and sad since I'm not going to be included on the mission. =(

I'm not saying I'm particularly opposed to you as a party member. We have to include 1 "new" person.
Just saying that you "running" for party member doesn't confirm you as town on the merit of "why would scum out himself like that".

the above isn't very clear but three hypothetical situations from each view point:
Acro: I have a red check which confirms TC's other check so he is the parity cop and Hopeless is a different alignment than I am.
TC: I have a check which says that one of Acro or Hopeless is scum.
Hopeless: TC claims to have a parity check on me and Acro if TC is town that must mean that Acro is scum. If his check is a lie TC is setting up a mislynch on either of us followed by the other.
As to why Dieno should still be leader, I am not the only protective role in the game. We can make sure that he is protected/healed and gets his item. I'd like some confirmation form Syllo/Oats that the item is chactar based but there is a good chance in my mind for that to be the case. Also: do not vote someone unconfirmed by past events in as party leader, that is just dumb, if it is going to succeed no need to give the reward to the guy we're least sure of.

No, I shouldn't be leader because I took 150 damage and we want people with high hp to be the ones with the rewards. I feel I should be on the team for previously stated reasons. I should have worded that better.

Here is my relationship history and reading of marv. Consider it a sort of tribute.
D1: Under heavy fire from Phagga/Acro. Suspected Kitaman/Phagga/Goodkarma/CaveJohnson of being scum
D2: Still taking heavy fire from Promethelax. Was also suspected by Keir/Toad. Suspected CaveJohnson/Kita/Toad of being scum.
D3: No longer accused as mafia by anyone. Was extra friendly towards Hapa/Syllo/Adam/Djod. Flat out calls CaveJohnson a scumlord, strongly suspects Hopeless and Acro, and calls out Kitaman as 3rd party.
What can we tell from this? Well, we can safely say that Marv was convinced CaveJohnson is scum. He also was convinced Kita is 3rd party. His only real public enemy was Prome.
Going to start my D4 map. I think with this much info to cross-reference, I'll finally be able to put together a pretty solid post discussing some reads.

Not sure. They could have been roleblocked, used it on Marv, used it on a scumbuddy if it provided a beneficial effect, or used to to produce an effect we aren't aware of.
Right now I'm trying to narrow down the possible suspects who could own this role based on previous roleclaims and roleblocks.

it isn't a case. It is: you are better than this. This is not your town play. You have been in and out, not laying heavy pressure on people, not trying to be the guy who takes control and skating by. These accusations aren't passive your play does not match your town play. It doesn't match your scum play either but after mario I assume you've been working on that.
