We simply lynch the other person next day and at least salvage it to 2/1 pretty easily. Note: everything from here on is WIFOM on trying to reason who to lynch, but it should be clear that one of them has to die. So in my mind it becomes a question of if we should believe Z-Boson or Solarsail. Looking back at the facts we have these roleblocks claimed by the people who got blocked: N1: DarthPunk N2: Obvious, Darthpunk (Z-Boson claims he RB'd YH) N3: None (Z-Boson claims he RB'd Solar, solar denies) It's pretty safe to assume DarthPunk is telling the truth. He's had a pretty strong town presence all game and would be a fairly good RB target. So that leaves 1 unexplained RB N2 and N3. If Obvious is telling the truth that backs Solar claiming Z-Boson is lying about his RBs and he's scum. If he's not it means both Solar and Obvious are lying and its hard to believe the scums would commit themselves together on something that's easily verifiable. Of course the converse is if Z-Boson is telling the truth we lynch our RB in exchange for a gauranteed scum kill next round. I'm going to reread their filters now to figure out who I think we should lynch but I encourage everyone to consider one of those two as our target today. and if golbat is scum that is still a perfectly legitimate scenario. Several of us are convinced that he is scum, and if he is when he flips red we will look at Z-Boson and solar. | ||

Why would YH distance himself from Golbat by accusing him instead of trying to do something similar with the third scum who isn't lurking and asking to get poilcy lynched like Golbat is. It doesn't make sense at all. We should have policy lynched him d1 or d2 yes but having more info on more people before a LYLO or MYLO is only beneficial. Lynching Golbat we get nothing unless he flips red and if he doesn't we've just wasted a lynch and put ourselves against the chopping block. | ||

The negative scenario you are espousing is reliant on the idea that golbat will flip green. I believe that is unlikely and therefore am not as worried as you are to that outcome. Let me put it another way. If we mislynch in order to get Solar/Z-boson is Golbat going to be an asset or liability at Endgame? Let me answer this for you. Town Golbat would be a huge liability. Scum Golbat would be a huge liability. There is no reason not to vote for golbat now. even if he is town it is better for us for him to be out of the equation than debating his lynch on day six. | ||

Dr. slOosh still had a strange feeling about what happened out at EchelonTee's ranch. Why did they send for an emergency visit, but when he got there, he couldn't find anything wrong? Something wasn't right. He decided to confide in syllogism and see if he thought that anything sounded out of place. "Yea, something definitely sounds off about that," syllogism says after slOosh finishes his story. "Maybe we should take a ride back out there and check things out. And lets bring a couple of extra guys, just in case." EchelonTee was sitting at his ranch by himself that evening. wherebugsgo and Ace were out at the big Bel Monte ranch, tending to other family affairs. Suddenly, he hears horses approaching. "Huh, I wonder who that could be?" After a few minutes, there's a knock on the door, and he gets up to see who came calling when he wasn't expecting anyone. "Howdy, Doc, syllo. What can I do for you gentlemen?" he says, completely forgetting that he was supposed to be sick. "Well, you sure seem to be feeling better. Mighty quick getting well, huh?" EchelonTee's heart hammers. "Oh, well yea Doc, I guess you fixed me right up." "Hmmm. Yes, yes. I reckon I did. Mind if we come in? We wanted to have a word with you?" "Sure, sure. Come on in." They chitchatted for a few minutes, then syllogism pipes up. "Hey, EchelonTee, mind if I use your bathroom?" "Of course, its just down the hall on your left." After a few minutes, syllogism calls out from somewhere in the back of the house, "Hey, Doc, you better come take a look at this." They both stand, and start walking towards the hallway. But EchelonTee knows where this is going. He slips his hand onto his gun and follows quietly. When slOosh finds syllogism, he's not in the bathroom. There's another small room off of the hallway that looks like it wasn't intended for guests. And inside, hanging on the wall, are pictures of prominent townfolks. Large red X's had been drawn over the pictures of the men that had died since the shootout that started this whole business. "Well, well, well. Look what we have here," slOosh says. EchelonTee realized the gig was up, so he started to draw his weapon. But he was too slow, slOosh and syllogism already had theirs out first. So he did the thing left that he could do; he started running. He didn't make it far, however. Keirathi and sciberbia were still waiting outside. When EchelonTee came running out, with the other two men chasing him, they didn't hesistate. They both pulled out their rifles and fired. Golbat, as EchelonTee the mafia goon, has been killed Night 4 has started. You have 24 hours to get in your actions. | ||

I would like to thank everyone for getting behind the Golbat lynch  .We have one scum left to track down. With either Z-Boson or SolarSail lying about an RB, and town able to afford a mislynch, I'm struggling to see how town can lose at this point. I don't advocate anyone to give up early, as that's no fun for town or scum. But at this point, unless someone can give me a scenario where town doesn't win, I'd say that it's in everyone's best interest if the following happens: @Remaining Scum (Z-Boson or SolarSail): This was a fun game full of ups and downs for both sides, and I would like to thank all of the scum this game for giving it their best to win. But at this point, there is no manner in which you can win. So I request you concede now. You will be saving us days of waiting for an inevitable outcome. Day Length Change: Should the remaining scum refuse, I would propose we change day length from 48 hours to 24. I don't feel we really have much more to discuss at this point. We get behind either a Z-Boson or SolarSail lynch tomorrow. And if we mislynch, we get behind the one we didn't lynch the next day. We can come to a consensus this night cycle on who to lynch by requesting an RB on a specific target and seeing what happens the next day, as DarthPunk proposes, or we could do it by flipping a coin... I really don't know how much it matters at this point, but I would appreciate everyone's input on this matter. Again, thank you all for not getting sloppy and dividing the vote so close to the end of the game. We've got this . | ||
