Okay so I was thinking there is actually a minuscule but nonzero chance they are both telling the truth, if Hyaach is a miller or xkcd is a random detective. In that case we should lynch xskc first because then Hyaach can RB ghost again for hopefully another kill-less night and we can still have town win even with two mislynches.

Acro put together a pretty good case on xderp. And I agree on it, but I think it misses out on the most scummy thing that xegad has done (namely because he hadn't done it at that point).

If you are a DT with a red check, and people want to lynch you, why wouldn't you be pushing your red check?

He lied about his claim. There's no way a town DT would act the way he has in this situation.

Because town has already made up its mind to lynch me based on my poor posts all game? If people think I am lying about being a DT, then they won't believe my check.
You realise when I die and flip DT, my red check obv dies too? 1 for 1 is a sick trade for town, lol.

I don't agree - if he's scum he would also be pushing the fake red check. A town dt would know that by dying he can push his read with 100% effectiveness.

That said we should still kill xsfhqwgads because of what I said above.

I like the way ghost thinks. In fact, I may have been biased by having just read xkscd's filter before Hyaach's. If xksscd is really town and Hyaach is actually scum, then xskscasdf is in a unique position to put up a killer of a case on Hyaach, because he already knows he's scum. I want to see that case!

Why? Any case I made would have been crap compared to the one on me. Nobody believed my DT claim, nobody believed the check, nobody even believed it would be insanity for me to do what I did last night, as scum. (withhold KP for literally 0 gain, i still don't understand this... and fake an anti-town claim)

If you give me a plausible explanation for Hyaach withholding KP, I'll give you one for you doing that. I posted above why it was a dumb idea for either of you to withhold KP, yet apparently one of you did it (or ghost is the real scum).

Actually scratch that. ALTERNATIVE scenario: our 3-way tandem is completely wrong. You're town, Hyaach is town and ghost is an innocent 3rd party. Someone else is Maju's scumbuddy. He is a framer and framed Hyaach. He withheld his KP to cause us to go completely wifom on you three.

While this is a possible explanation, I don't find it plausible. The only real option is that Hiro and SnB are a scum team together and one of them is a framer (it's possible balance-wise: 9 town, 1 neutral 3rd party, 1 SK and 2 2-man scumteams is plausible). However, that STILL means one of:

Tali
deconduo
Drazerk

is Majuju's scumbuddy. Out of these, the only real possibility based on play are deconduo or Drazerk. Drazerk is ruled out by mechanics, unless the OP was lying to us. deconduo used his Phoenix Wright stuff. He used it terribly, but he used it townie-terribly, not scummy. It might have been a masterful gambit, but I don't see it happening.

So that scenario is LESS plausible than one of you, Hyaach or ghost is scum.

I have a final unlikely scenario that has a Hiro+SnB scumteam without KP, and a backup plan for that situation. However, the most plausible situation is that either you or Hyaach is scum. You look scummier than Hyaach.

Here's something interesting though - all the claimed and revealed town or third party roles come from previous games on TL mafia except for Sherlock Holmes and Marceline the Vampire Queen.

Scum may or may not have been given fakeclaims, but I've actually seen scum make impossible fakeclaims web when they were given actual safeclaims (ie in space station mafia.)
