For those of you who are unaware, Kingmaker is a mafia variant with an odd twist to how voting is done. I have played Kingmaker setups both online and in real life and there is definitely plenty of strategy and fun to be had with them. As stated above, this would be a Mini Turbo game. The game would occur on one night of the week (Friday or Saturday) and last 2-4 hours. The upfront suggestion was 30 minute days with 5 minute nights. I have played a few Turbo games over the years and I really enjoy them. They are perfect if your life is too busy to dedicate a full game as you just need to sit down for one night to play a game (Twoplustwo mafia run Turbo games every week). Depending on how many players sign up the setup could be something like: Setup with 10 players: 6 Villagers 1 Hero 1 Kingmaker 2 Assassins Setup with 13 players: 8 Villagers 1 Kingmaker 1 Hero 3 Assassins Since this is just a Turbo game it feels silly to put it on the queue. Hence I want to see if there is any interest for such a thing. If this game was posted now would you sign up? Would you play it on a different day of the week? Is the Kingmaker setup something you would play? Do you think Turbo games are a good idea in general? | ||

I am planning to run it as a basic kingmaker game like the one linked in Foolishness post, with just minor differences. I am open for suggestions on the set-up, if someone find it unbalanced, please speak up and maybe I can do some adjustments. I was planning on running it at like 21:00 or 22:00 GMT( 16:00 or 17:00 EST, 05:00 or 06:00 AEDT(I think, if I didn't mess up the daylight savings)), but if there is a majority of American players who want to play it in the evening/night I might drag myself out of bed early and run it at like 04:00 or 05:00 GMT (23:00 or 24:00 EST, 14:00 or 15:00 AEDT) (I can't do anything earlier though, I need my beauty sleep). I need a cohost for the game, but there won't be alot of chores. As soon as I get a co-host I will put up the game thread. | ||
