If caller meant that there's no way for town, even cooperating, to stack attacks then fine, half the plan is worthless.

Well if you can get most of the town to mass province claim then fine. Just realize that unlike a game of Mafia dying at any given time is much more realistic since so many people can pop you.
Good luck with your plan!

i'm feeling lenient so you get 12 more hours for night actions.
seraph i already explained that only people on the same faction can stack. two random people can't say they will stack on a person. That's just silly when (in game) you don't have any solid trust with the other person.

you shouldnt slow the game down because people are 2 lazy to send in night actions. if they dont take the time to properly defend or w/e and get killed thats their own fault.. think of it as a modkill for being inactive except dished out by the active players.

can you update my most recent map on front page or verify it is correct.

To my experience, Caller always find a way to extend the original deadline in strange ways =/ The Caller's confirmation that unofficial PM alliance do not stack their kills is good news though (I just asked him via PM and he confirmed it); should help to reduce the chaos somewhat if defending oneself is almost assured protection til nation with multiple province/fronts appears as long as gunpowder/elite soldier roles don't behave stupidly.

What's that? The player that pops someone Night 1, who is suspected of being Scum because he didn't play by your non-majority sanctioned little rules ends up taking someone out of the game and defends on Night 2. Oh snap - you can't punish him! Why? Because you need players that are directly allied to break him. Are all pro-town players directly allied? I don't see that anywhere in the rules, especially since you know, Caller hinted at this being broken up into factions. Oh wow, that changes a lot

This is something I thought everyone realized.
The only way to really punish an attacker is to lynch him. Or to use a special blue role or something. But in order to lynch, you must convince everyone to lynch. Thus, seraph, your plan is hardly "fail-safe".

I think people who are surrounded by other occupied provinces just need to defend if there's no neutral province to take. I would somehow ensure that you would survive the night. And if you don't, then it would give us clues that people who take your province have allies nearby so we can prepare for future actions.

Either everyone doesn't read the rules or they are scum trying to lol us with some crap plan.
So seraph, LSB are you bad townies or genius scum?

I feel fairly certain lsb is pro town I couldnt imagine a mafia would feel the need to build an alliance solely based on geographical location.
seraph however from his posting in this thread and a brief exchange of pm's i feel might be up to something.

anyway the anticipation is killing me. I really hope i didnt get taken out night 1.
|
hey man be careful in those PM networks. Don't reveal your country or role to ANYONE.

I agree that I don't think LSB is scum just because he didn't read the rules seeing as he has been arguing with seraph over being passive the whole time. However, if you're going to play, you have to read the freaking rules...
I don't feel as sure about seraph. The only thing that makes me feel like he is town is the fact that he came out with his non-aggression plan immediately, and is no sticking his neck out because of it. However, this can get a little WIFOM, so I don't want to dwell on it.
As Ace said, PM land can be dangerous, be careful.

god DAMN Caller what's the hold up? I've gotta see how much extra land I conquered last night.
