The main point is this: I personally think extremely highly of Ace. I do not think he will try to rig a mafia game, almost all the recent mafia games have their roles chosen with an RNG, and are not picked by the moderator. I (and perhaps the rest of the town) want to know your thoughts. I do not want to hear how you think Ace set up this game, it is already mentioned that the roles and abilities are all secret. I explained why I fake nuked zona in a post on the last page, It was a spur of the moment descision and I kinda liked the idea of potentially keeping the mafia in a state of panic as to whether it was real or not. I don't care if you do not want to hear how I think ace set up this game, it is important to emphasise. The mafia clearly have a roleblocker ability, Ace simply would not give them the ability to anonymously nuke even if they didn't have roleblocker, obviously I can know this 100% as I know my own role and alignment but It seems something so inherently obvious that I can't understand why you would dismiss it and any attempts to rationalise how this game was set up. Earlier on in the thread Ace wrote that he would not specify certain things because he wanted the town to use their heads on how the game was structured and how roles//actions are implemented and achieved. First off, Xelin, your logic is quite faulty. You're saying that this setup is borrowed to a certain extend, and since Zona has already chosen to implement a rb ability in his mafia minigames, he's most likely mafia? You realize there can only be so many variations on a basic mafia game that isn't theme based right? Again stop trying to bring crap that's irrelevant from other games into this one and counter his stances and arguments in this game. Zona has been quite pro-town, and I honestly don't see the justification of this nuke other than 'hey, I have a feeling, and since I can't convince the town using logic, I'm just going to shoot my nuke.' As for saying your nuke is fake, and to give serious consideration to lynching him - how can we when your nuke accomplished nothing except make you look anti-town. We can't even trust your word, same with Nikon's. It looks so sketchy that both of you are nuking the same person and both of you are claiming the nukes are fake. Especially when the current nuke doesn't even serve any purpose. also, trying to make an argument for or against anything in a game based on the mod is by far the silliest thing i've ever read in a game. the mod is a neutral figure. no alliance to either side. the mod wants to see/ run a good game, so handicapping one side goes against the mod's objective. you need better reasoning. | ||

Like you have said most of what I'm asserting is based upon the mod not handicapping either side and creating a balanced game. And saying you can't take any of my arguments seriously because of one aspect of what I am arguing (game structure) is illogical, would be like me saying I can't take any argument you bring up seriously because earlier on in the thread you made an argument I disagreed with. You need better reasoning. | ||
