Sorry, my life is very very busy right now. I won't be able to get to this stuff until the weekend at the earliest and maybe not even then. Until I have time to actually look at this stuff, feel free to sign up for a game (unless you're looking at a ban which will almost certainly be at least 1 game - like BC - or your situation is complicated - like BM). But if you're modkilled or have problems in this new game, the consequences will be severe.

Well, since no one is commenting on it, I assume people are done discussing the Personality Mafia bans. Taking care of those on my end
Host/chost votes will count for 2, Ban list moderator votes (Qatol and fw) will count for 2, player votes/people following the game will count for 1. Where people failed to give specific numbers ("between 19 and 100 bans") I took the liberty of just taking the median, unless preference in one direction was expressed

I don't really understand why the punishments discussed so far are as harsh as they are. and one from Kav
The standard punishment would be 5 bans, with the cohost asking for 3-5 and the co-moderator of the banlist requesting 3, everyone else is tending to a warning or a single ban. In the interest of fairness it seems to me like the best compromise would be to give BC a two game ban, (less than the suggested 3-5, but more than just a warning), so unless I'm overruled or anyone has any major objections I think that is what we are going to go with.

The general sentiment towards jackal58 seems to be no punishment, (not that many people commented on him specifically, but those that did said they didn't want any punishment), so once again, unless someone has a strenuous objection, I think we are going to go with no punishment

Qatol is exceedingly busy, so I'll handle the rest of the bans so we can move on.
Same guidelines apply as above. I'll only do vote-counts for controversial or heavily disputed bans, those with clear majorities or with no dissent I'll just give the majority ruling. If anyone feels like I misrepresented a situation please post and explain where, and I'll happily assemble a votecount.

Furthermore, in the context of the whole irc log (which is too long for me to post here), basically redFF posted the log in order to get around VE's post restriction that didn't allow him to claim medic in the thread. So not only did they knowingly break the rules about not discussing post restrictions, but they were actively trying to get around it. I propose a 1 game ban for redFF and 2 for VE (would be 3 considering his previous ban list history, but he seemed not to want to go along with redFF's plan of posting the irc log in the thread).

Because the cohost has more weight than the players playing in the game, and the people defending each side seem about even, I'm going to have to go for a one game ban for both VE and RedFF, VE is dropped to only one because of all the people who only wanted a warning, so,
one game ban for each redFF and VE.

basically what Kurumi said. /sitout the next game (Ace's will work i think), and pm Qatol informing him that you're sitting out.
Once the game that you're sitting out is over you will be off the banlist and may play again.

Bans for VisceraEyes and Lucidity for being modkilled for inactivity in XLIV. Navilus is spared a ban as he just forgot to post his vote in the voting thread.
EDIT: Apparently Lucidity *did* post in the thread and ALSO forgot to vote in the voting thread, I suppose I can rescind the ban there. VE however lacks an excuse -__-

I don't even really want to talk about the gryffindor situation, GMarshal. That was very unjust in my eyes, and I will not be able to be anything but biased. The only thing I regret doing at all there is continuing posting at all.
RoL has said to me he "wouldn't have sought strict punishment in the ban thread", but that just shows the difference in mindsets here. I knew I was going to be permanently banned if it stuck, so I attempted to make it not stick. I felt I had a pretty good case based upon how frequently I was badgered that game, through my words and actions not intending to start fights... even going so far as to ask Jackal to take a breather and walk away from the thread (perhaps I should have taken my own advice!), and the inactivity of the host, RoL himself. If you'll notice, many of the dayposts from the most recent game in question from which I was banned were done by the backup mod. I had been consulting with said backup mod, had been told to calm down, and had actually quit posting completely. Right before I'm about to get off of here, though, I see RoL reveal my identity, and place upon me my 3rd ban. Nothing was done to Jackal... Oh well, like I said, I don't even want to talk about that game... biased opinion
