There are only 1 athelete/category in judo and only 2 (or 3 i'm not sure)/race in swimming. the aime of the olympic games is to be universal, not to have the best. if not we would have 6 jamaicans in the 100m final probably.

Exactly his point? If I understand him correctly it is only allowed to have 4 taekwondo-fighters in total in the 8 different categories. It is exactly because universal dominance is under pressure he is complaining and not because of single event dominance as you imply. Edit: Just to enforce the point: The Taekwondo competition at the 2012 Games will include 128 athletes, 64 in each gender, 16 in each of the eight weight divisions. Each competing nations will be allowed to enter a maximum of 4 competitors, two of each gender. Each nation will therefore be eligible to compete in a maximum of half the weight categories

Austria won the last race, but they needed 3 sailers before the danes. However, after starting out as a clear number 9, Denmak just speeded up and gained a place at almost all turns. It was extremely exciting with third to fifth boats inside 50 meters at the goalline. That race was odd. Australia had the gold already, but they still wanted to get out there and fight the Danes every step of the way. I thought they'd just have fun and come in last, but they seemed to have wanted to influence bronze. and in other news, it's almost time for Australia to play USA in the basketball. This is going to be a stomp. Someone get us the Lithuania coaches!
