And Thoorin when it comes to literally anything not related to CSGO. I don't think anyone has payed any actual attention to what Thorin says in the last decade. Monte suffers from the same issues the Chinese but atleast the Koreans are winning most of their games.

Talking about CS:GO: Thoorin is very articulate and he does his research well, he always comes with good facts about backing up his statements. However I feel he often doesn't tell people who watch CS:GO anything they don't already know seeing as he is in Korea for the majority of the year he misses out on many things within the scene. So it is funny how his league work is so much worse considering he is the most dominant league country for most of the year. He did make a mistake in lane as fiora vs riven which prompted FNC to capitalize but he outplayed Huni several times too. I hate this logic where people look at CS numbers and say "oh wow he's so good!". Some teams really help their tops get ahead others don't. EDG helped Koro more than they helped AmazingJ tho. AmazingJ got the Dyrus treatment vs SKT. I think the communication faltered, not the way he played per se. You're sorely mistaken if you think I only watched the cs numbers. If you're going up against a Riven, Gragas and Leblanc as solo laners, and you've got a scaling Veigar that purchased a null magic mantle after his second doran's ring, you are basically becoming a sitting duck. Mid and top should've protected themselves hard. I absolutely think the Koro1 dives kept happening in games 2 and 3 because Fnatic recognized it was a weak point of EDG, whether it was him not showing up, communication issues (which I personally think it was), or a playstyle mismatch.

EDG has been sandbagging since their loss against LGD, they came back strong enough to qualify for worlds, but they've been 'sandbagging' for quite some time now. Fnatic played great, what you would expect of a top 4 team, and EDG barely played well enough for a top 8 place. Imagine if they had been in the same group as LDG, we might've seen the same situation the other way round.
