Why? Sure, chinese Dota2 is in fantastic shape but they didn't win TI. Hardly. But they're respectable to a degree because they didn't pay millions to get carried by Koreans, only to perform even worse. Because there are no Koreans to buy lol. There are Western and Middle Eastern players though. I thought your whole thing is that China has so much better talent than everyone else that them not crushing is them terribly underperforming? Having 3 out of the top 4 at TI5 seems to be doing rather well to me. In LoL, yes. In Dota, not so much these days, because the game isn't popular in China. Which I suppose increases the respectability of the Chinese Dota scene, given that they're still able to compete with washed up players?

I like that at least they have player cams on the appropriate players during plays in game. Often in LCS when there's a duel or something taking place there's two random players on the cam

It'll prob be between Febiven,Faker and Maple. Faker hasn't had to play a hard game yet so it's tough to say how well he's playing. Nagne is just -_-. Kuro idk how good that kid is. Sometimes he looks good but other times I just wonder what is going on. Xpeke nah, he's been playing kind of bad.
