Well, almost never. Froggen has too deep champion pool to try to ban him, even if you don't give him Anivia, he still has 5-7 picks in hat. Lol, this graph is sick, props to Riot. | ||

I dunno though, Froggen playing Anivia isn't really Anivia, it's a whole different champ in his hands. EDIT: What other people haves said about it being a Froggen problem may be true too. | ||

Something something his name something I kind of miss seeing champions like sona in competitive, having someone be super reliant on one skill or play adds a tension to every situation that isn't really there with someone like thresh/morg/whoever who can just try again 4 seconds later.
