This isn't the first time something like this happened in Korea, and every time they just joked about something like this happening UNTIL actual match fixing happened. Now people are desperate to find a team that matchfixes and kick'em out when something like this can actually happen without matchfixing.

If we do assume that SKT are innocent, this is basically a nightmare scenario for them. I guess the lesson here is: NEVER piss off Kakao!

If you wanna accuse this, accuse every single team of losing every single match. Accuse every opponent of SKT T1 K of throwing their game to create a dramatic scenario. Because why not? We're just throwing accusations right here.

I don't understand how SKT1 would gamble not having either team move on just to have "the better team" get through instead.

I mean this all looks really bad, there is no denying that, as i said before it just doesn't matter if they really wanna throw or not, it just LOOKS that way regardless. That is the point where OGN has to do something to make it impossible to happen imo.

Tell me why I shouldn't get salty when people are making serious accusations without clear evidence, and try to witch hunt people out of the scene.

This is what I think too. Not to forget it would be better for SKT1 S to go through and rack up circuit points so the chance of SKT1 K & S both to go to worlds this year, K already has 400. We didn't think S would 2-0 KTA and we didn't think KTA would 2-0 K so why is it weird for Prime to 2-0 S.

This scenario is impossible, Prime cannot qualify so one of the SKT teams will. Also this isn't even about actual matchfixing, it's about limiting incentives and suspicions of matchfixing with some very simple measures that most competitions have used for a crapload of years already. Even if S gave their all today, at some point with this format whether it's next week or in 10 years, there will be a case where a team will drop a game because it's better for their sister team.
