Congrats to Fnatic, they played superbly and glgl to them in the Semis! No one is saying that Fnatic only won because of the level 1 in Game 3. Please keep the nationalistic statements out of our subforum.
2. Riot's Worlds format is atrocious. Let's not beat a dead horse here. I will certainly be talking to Riot's eSports dept about it in the near future.
I simply ask everyone to be civil. Humble in victory, graceful in defeat. Enjoy the games~

Still better than SEA at least.
inb4 skt loses to gamania bears today.
Thankfully Gama Bears is Taiwan, not SEA.
Pinoy LoL needs buffs
Oh and I am positively surprised by C9's results. I was expecting a 2-0 Fnatic sweep. They do show potential, and it's a shame they only get to play 3 games.
I didn't get to watch any of the GMB/NJBS games, any of the three recommended?
For today, SK T should be too strong for Bears, and Royal vs OMG is probably going to be insane.

They played well enough to close out all 3 games but a few mistakes were there undoing. Would have liked to see them play more games but can't change the past. Hopefully though they take this experience into the S4 and go undefeated in LCS :D
I expect the koreans to start using kassadin a lot more after worlds. It's not that they don't understand his strength, but no one really knew how to utilize him correctly in competitive play. Of course, when you use it a lot more then you start to find a lot more counters and ways to shut him down.

Wait wut? Faker pretty much played Kass in a 1v2 lane, then came out of the lane with decent CS, bought mejais, and shat all over noobs. The reason we saw resurgence of some Kass picks in NA was because of that Faker game.

If you exclude TW & HK, SEA will be behind even Brazil/Latin America very soon (if they aren't already). At least GPL is finally introducing qualifiers starting next season rather than life-supporting the same under-achievers forever so that will help things. But I still think South America will run circles around them in terms of playerbase, infrastructure and community driven tournaments/content.

Though TW and SEA are bundled together, the qualifiers for worlds only allowed one Taiwanese team. It's actually the only "region" that has this, which is rather silly.

na it's more because I only really follow OGN out of Asia, and got confused because I only think of GPL when it comes to SEA and it has TPA in it
really cracks me up how fucking lemmonation bought doran's shield and friggen mana manipulator in game 1 & 3 instead of wards haha. triple negatron in game 2 was fun though.

Honestly it's not important at all for the support to farm up items and it seemed like that's what they were trying to do with the lack of vision they had. I think they could have won game 3 with proper warding from lemonnation and the rest of the players. If the opponent realizes you don't have vision wards or that many wards all they do is scale back the warding to match yours but still gain a vision lead.
C9's botlane has always been greedy. It works with Zyra/Ashe and Zyra/Varus really well. IDK about other lanes though.
The Hai and Travis interview kinda confirmed what I thought. Sneaky and Lemon decent mechanically, poor individual decision making, but excellent teamplay. They basically lost game 3 by being overconfident, and not listening to him.
Hai looked really weak, dunno how he'd perform against Korean mid, that'd have been a problem maybe. But it's true that I'd have liked to see them against China/Korea !
What is fun about this NA bashing is that the most dominant NA team ever (Cloud 9) lost to Fnatic, which, even though they're arguably very good, went 15-13 in the regular season, putting them pretty much in 5th place (before tiebreakers were played).
This goes to show the depth of the EU scene compared to the NA one. A team this dominant on a given scene should crush a team that goes 50/50 in a season, or at least I would have hoped so.
(Ok, this is completly free trolling, but god NA has been so condescending in the last months).
Just watched the games and noticed that Watch seems to be the only player of his team to use a mouse bungee. Just a nice little thing he brought over from his days as a BW pro.
