Two things as public notice: 1. + Show Spoiler [Quarterfinals 1 spoiler] +Congrats to Fnatic, they played superbly and glgl to them in the Semis! No one is saying that Fnatic only won because of the level 1 in Game 3. Please keep the nationalistic statements out of our subforum. 2. Riot's Worlds format is atrocious. Let's not beat a dead horse here. I will certainly be talking to Riot's eSports dept about it in the near future. I simply ask everyone to be civil. Humble in victory, graceful in defeat. Enjoy the games~ -Neo, Sept 23rd, 3:20 PM PDT, page 120 |

Stares at faker-senpai. Gets lost in his eyes and forgets he's being interviewed on stage.

Korea'd. Wouldn't say Korea'd, not impressed by Sword at all. As I said before this set, I believe Gambit would have lost against any quarterfinalist.

I think Sword is going to improve gradually, just like SKT in the groupstages.

Expession did not live up to my expectations, while PraY did. I guess he is still holds the key to victory for Najin Black Sword. I kind of wish that Royal Club could reach the finals so I can witness the rematch between PraY and Uzi. I'm running out of heroes to worship, and I hope Uzi doesn't disappoint.

But then again, after that game 3, Voidle...

First day 1-1 for SKT1 was huge outside of Ozone. Solidified that Faker is a god, though.
Then again, Fnatic lost to Vulcun Day 1 too. Strange things happen.

Btw cain is a god. He's incredibly high ranked in korean solo queue playing supports. Incredibly hard to do.

Not sure why Gambit decided to stop doing what worked. Renekton isn't really the strongest 1v2 char around, so why exactly are you playing your lanes straight up if your support simply isn't good enough to match up against the other side? I understand somewhat why they played g2 straight, because they should have won that matchup (at least on paper) with sona and corki on their side, but g3 kog'maw never beats a corki early, and as we saw as soon as voidle got hooked they gave up first blood.
Pretty disappointed by that performance in g3 to be honest. Alex on Gragas seemed like a mistake as well, but he was targeted pretty hard in the bans so maybe he was outside of his comfort zone, he definitely didn't have the impact he'd need to win them the game. Surprisingly the game they did best in was the game where Darien got thrown to the wolves in the early game (no support by Diamond, then ganked again). Classic M5 style, as long as Darien is the one dying they will win I guess

gambit didnt look that impressive for the longest time, i didnt even expect them to get out of the groups (they almost didnt)
