at 20 minutes, all heroes have a third summoner spell activated. this spell costs 100gold to use and puts a 5 minute buff on your champion that allows you to see over/inside brushes (with your champion). buff goes away when you die

sure this basically removes brushes after 20 minutes. but i think that would actually be a good thing making the game less snowbally




its just my own thought watching worlds that games seem to snowball alot (initial advantage team normally wont lose if they dont throw) and i think alot if it is due to vision advantage that a team gets when they start to get the advantage
