Perfect decision-making from CN after having their support picked off and their jungler having to ult away.

If you watched the fight, Rumble, Graves and Diana all waited to get in position first before wombo combo-ing. Rumble and Graves were actually in position earlier but they waited for Diana to get close enough to follow up.

Probably the best kor/eng translator I've seen so far in esports together with smix. Doublelift still a legend, doesn't even hesitate to call Pray bad or denying Madlife Godstatus in front of Cloudtemplar, Kim Carrier and Nal-Ra lol

Quick, who does Kim predict to take it. I'll make sure I bet on the other horse ![]()

If you haven't watched the Doublelift Day 2 interview, go watch it now. Deep down, this kid is a fucking softie and he's getting a real dose of e-celeb fame in a foreign country. But what's nice to note is that it's not going to his head. If people just realize that Doublelift is actually a good guy (on top of his mechanical skill), they'd enjoy him so much more. All the "trashcan" talk he does, he really does for his fans. He knows his roots and he's thankful for the help he gets. You can just tell by how he talks about Xpecial yesterday and Chauster all the times before. Doublelift is a character NA can rally behind. Go Peter~ Edit: and oh fucking shit, before I forget. This interview, Double says he "disrespects" his competition. I want to say that this is a huge fucking deal. You cannot go into international level games and think "oh shit, I'm playing GodLife in lane." or "Oh shit, Misaya got TF". Treat them as anyone else but most importantly, you're as good, if not better than them. That kind of attitude is king! And I'm so proud that Double thinks that way.

TBH, I really love the NA team all in all because their characters are just so lovable. You've got Saint who's hilarious. Xpecial who's just straight up a chill guy. Doublelift is doubelift. Dyrus is like a sleepy panda. And Scarra who's umm... fat? (j/k Scarra's commentaries are great imo). It would've been a great underdogs story if they won even though I would've liked Kor or CN to get the extra spot because I think they've got some really impressive upcoming talents.

He doesn't always have the best choice of words, but his ideas are there. I.e. he doesn't really mean "disrespect" your opponents, but rather do not put them on a pedestal. He just chose words that can be interpreted as him being a prick.

I dislike people who trash talk in a rude way without backing it up and outside of the game for no reason (this guy is trash, this guy is blablabla), but not only in this interview he is showing respect toward others, but he is also backing up his talk by his own play, which makes him instantly more likable. Also, I really like the idea of disrespecting your opponent when you play against him as a mental tactic : remind me of Tyson, and Tyson well fuck he was (is) something.

I can't watch the games so reading twitter and this is the only way I can picture the games. Plus with no electricity and when the sun goes down, there isn't much else to do if I don't want to read a book ![]() Edit: Page 120 and climbing! Wow. I'll try to be more descriptive with my commentary. Right now, it's a lot more color/random nonsense. So, I'll try to get some play by play if I remember about this. Didn't realize someone would be patient enough to read 200+ pages of this stuff. Hope you get the energy/hype behind some of the posts while reading. Personally, I skim most posts when a thread I follow goes beyond 10 pages. That is unless something catches my attention. I know how frustrating it can be with lack of detail in these threads. The SC2 LRs are very vague, and I sometimes read them to follow games when I am busy with other things.

If they're still meh and Pray keeps getting caught of position in team fights, then North America has a chance. I don't know about that. Even if bot lane fails (and you can't really fail hard with Madlife) Shy and Ambition look in top shape and ready to carry.

I wonder what kind of impact that has in the real game. I know the 2v2 match up is not worth as much, but I wonder if either team will "throw"(play reservedly) it so they don't show their hand when the real thing starts. I can't imagine the NA duo doing that, but I wonder if it's the smart thing to do. A lot of the 2v2 picks have been champions that you don't see often in real bot lanes like Weixao playing Annie or a bunch of Kennens. I don't think the 2v2 is going to have any impact in the real game expect for the moral part.
