While SK is putting up a tryhard performance? Just look at their picks. SKT would probably win a serious game as well, but this game is meaningless.

How was skt vs sk meaningless lol. havin #1 spot in the grp stage is massive at iem

EG won against Anexis so:
1.SKT1 2.CJF 3.Anexis

So, I've been watching two or three games each of both EG and SK today. As we all know, jungler + mid carry interaction is what can really snowball into a big lead in the midgame. And this is what imo EG and SK are currently lacking.
For EG, Snoopeh seems somewhat weak to me. I remember his Kayle game today where he had like zero impact. He had two or three nice ults here and there, but that's not what makes or breaks a good jungle performance. I barely noticed he was playing except for those ults that didn't matter in the end.
For SK, Ocelote is just not playing it right. He might not be an S-tier carry, but he is still decent. However, his decision making... oh god. Some of the plays in this Elise game just right now where so... well, let's call it questionable. Random all-ins to get a greedy chance at killing a far ahead enemy might work in solo queue, but not at that level of play.

Kind of interesting that the only 2 games they won were the ones that were meaningless for them. Guess the pressure got to them.

It's like a deja-vu from IEM Katowice, from the semifinals onward it's M5 vs Korea.

I missed everything after MYM vs EG / SKT1 vs Anexis - any games stand out as must-watch?

Just came back from Hannover, had a blast and props to Ocelote, Snoopeh, Wickd and Krepo who took a lot of time to take pics and sign autographs (those were the ones I noticed, I think Gambit also was around doing the same). I didn't ask them because at some point there were too many people and they had to go to other games etc.
ps: got a Tri-force shirt, WOOT

Comments like this really annoys me when people when NA had the exact same scenario played out with MRN roaring out with very impressive games. I don't see how NA is so far behind EU when the best NA team has proven multiple times to be able to stay even with the best EU team's.

Yes, NA teams can on occasion take games off EU or Asian teams, but essentially every NA team has a losing record against EU or Asian teams, especially if you look at more current tournament results.
