Now I'm not saying a tank needs to be able to 1v1 an adc/apc, but you can't be able to ignore the damage, or just jump right past the tank. that's why we see more vi/xin zhao than alistar junglers these days right? at least volibear has an ultimate to make his autos do meaningful damage. he can still be easily kited during teamfights by random/accidental cc. also yeah i was reading up this thread because i could only watch the VODs after the event finished and it really seems quiet in here. a bit sad because i like the forum here. edit: maybe woong is getting too much flak but the direct comparison to captain jack is just brutal | ||

There's a big difference tho. Voli scales with hp, Udyr scales with resistances and ap. Resistances got a huge nerf in S3 w/ pen change, and hp got buffed.
