At any point of IEM Season 6 Championship, if you think of an interesting byline, please drop a sentence in the Pro Scene thread. At the end of the month, I'll catalogue the results of Hannover but also any interesting facts or events that happen over the course of the tournament. Thanks. Neo, 06.03.2012 |

The only thing that changed was the roaming Alistar + 1v2 lvl 1 blue buff Urgot in game 1.
I believe roaming Alistar is more Flash vs Jaedong Goliath timing attack in one of the more recent finals. Been done before, but not recently enough for innate understanding to compensate for.

Yes, once clg.eu gets to go to these things and if their lineup is the same, they are gonna rank up there with M5.

first time I've seen Scarra not smile lol

As a big fan of both CLG teams, big fan of the NA scene in general, this is definitely true. M5 is really strong. The only teams that can seem to cause them trouble are CLGna/CLGeu because their junglers are close to Diamond in skill level or aAa who just seems to understand how the EU teams play.
Voyboy will win the MVP vote. It went up last night like right after his Lee Sin dominance so...

Definitly. CLG.Eu is really really good. If CLG.Us ever pulls their heads out of their own asses they should be able take those games too.
But atm those 2 are the only 2 teams who can even try to compete with M5 atm.

Alexich admitting that CLG was able to adapt to their style

Yea these events need more Dyrus!

Alex confirming that it was indeed Dignitas' picks that made them play game 1 as they did. Corki just can't do shit about it, Urgot boss around the passive 1v2, and Scarra/Dominate don't ward their own jungle, leave themselves out there to be killed and give the LS/Ali levels/money.
|
Tbh the Shyvana pick has been a dramatic failure for Dignitas.
Why wouldn't they just pick Maokai, which is Dominate's best jungler?
|
Scarra so right, game 2 was done at champ select, their comp was horrible.

The gap isnt THAT big. Its just CLG needs to tighten the screws on their play. 80% of CLG is good enough to beat every US team. They need 95+ to compete with M5 and CLG.Eu.

Lol, you really want to pick maokai against m5?

To be fair, M5's pick/ban phase is fucking nuts. It's a large part of their success imo. Not that their lanes are bad, they're amazing. And Diamond might be the best jungler in the world too. But their pick/ban phase makes them really strong.

They need to stop throwing. Game 2 of the semis was HSGG throwing hard. Game 1 was Doublelift being Doublelift.
And Jiji still needs to get better and up to his old level. He's not there yet.
