At any point of IEM Season 6 Championship, if you think of an interesting byline, please drop a sentence in the Pro Scene thread.

At the end of the month, I'll catalogue the results of Hannover but also any interesting facts or events that happen over the course of the tournament.

Thanks.

Also something interesting I noted, the first game is the only game in the tournament where i saw qtpie go for a sheen after dorans, as opposed to getting a cleaver after boots and dorans.

I wonder why.

Diamondez 2 classes ahead of dominate honestly.

Yep. Its why m5 crushes TSM so hard too. Only jungles in the world on Diamondez' level are SV and Snoop.

Ya, with the hindsight of watching this game, it is just so obvious that it all revolves around Dominate not handling his spot as well, which allows Diamond to do his thing, which then allows m5 to win their lanes so handily.

Scarra making it even easier than normal for Alex to get ganks mid, and Qtpi/Locust not punishing bottom lanes at all doesn't help though.

I think Dignitas's predictability really hurt them here. Moscow 5 could pick much better team comps (and in the 2nd game, shen) because Qtpie goes corki every time and Dominate kept going shyvana to "counter" Diamond (or maybe cuz he just likes shyvana).

Edit - and yeah I agree, dominate has gotten way outplayed and is the main problem :/

I had to stop watching because the accumulating bad taste of witnessing the complete dominance of M5 over dignitas was too much to bear.

Welcome to the GSL of LoL :DDD

Considering you've never posted in the LoL Forums before, I take it you don't understand LoL. Dignitas is a very good team. It's just that M5 has planned something Dignitas hasn't seen before.

I play more LoL than I do SC2. I was merely comparing it to how one-sided GSL finals tend to be, wasn't intended as anything more than that.

Dignitas is one of the best teams in the world. That M5 has caught them off-guard this badly twice is a testament to how good they are.

Only the last two IEMs have been one-sided. Some really close and great IEMs have been IEM Cologne Gamescon 2011 and IEM Guangzhou 2011 off the top of my head. Very back and forth games.

To all the people from sc2. this is like how 1-1-1 dominated TvP for a few tourneys because no one had prepared for it. m5 is know for being innovators and they saved this strat for the finals.

I think I'm going to stop watching league tourneys M5 are in until any team proves able to take a nonscrim set off them. No point, M5 snow balls and it's nowhere even close.

We've established diamond is an S Class jungler with 5+ jungles, dominate is like B class with only 1. (he almost always goes shyvana, not just trying to counter diamond)
He plays a completely different style playing udyr than his other jungles, and dominates with it even though it's the polar opposite style to how you play lee and shyv.

i'm surprised his hotfix was so minor.. anyone with even a rudimentary knowledge of the game could see him being ridiculously op'd as soon as the patch notes were released
