At any point of IEM Season 6 Championship, if you think of an interesting byline, please drop a sentence in the Pro Scene thread.

At the end of the month, I'll catalogue the results of Hannover but also any interesting facts or events that happen over the course of the tournament.

Thanks.

So, I don't usually watch this game, quick question.

Is it normal for one team to dominate the other this hard in the finals of an event? ( at least that's how it looks )

Shen rushing Funfire. Not sure if serious or just way too far ahead.

Shen is a split pusher. He pushes slowly by default. Not sure why this is hard to grasp.

Because I feel he would do better by just getting Wit's for that. Not quite as fast, but he'd be a lot better in a teamfight if he did.

shen has health scaling

YOUDONTSAY.
If he wants health+splitpushing capability, Ionic Sparks anyone? Iunno, I really dislike Sunfire as an item.
currently rooting for myself.

not massively different. they pick/ban smart and play very solid and have great teamwork. and very strong agressive play.

I guess I have to take back my comments from last night after watching the semifinals. The people predicting a stomp by M5 were completely correct.

To be fair, CLG was able to win against M5 early. I dunno how Dig did so badly this game, game 1 I'm willing to give them some lenience considering that M5 strat was completely brilliant and fresh but I figured Dig would do okay against M5 since I think Dig's lanes are on the same general level as CLG.

Not generally. The way that the bracket ended up working out was that M5 was going to be playing a weaker team than them no matter what. We are also missing a few top teams.

Not really, what we're seeing here is a dismantling of a team based on superior teamwork really

Dignitas aren't even doing anything terribly wrong...there are no big mistakes, just better play from M5. Actually kind of makes M5 even more scary.

as a viewer i would say that m5 never gets in a situation they did not anticipate.

bit of both, they exploit the matchups very well, draft with predetermined strats in mind, and are more coordinated than pmuch every other team in recent tournies

TBH, till now the only team that has given pause to M5, since kiev is clg.eu, and clg.na to an extent, wouldve been awesome to see what clg might have done in the third game if they didnt throw, what suprises me is m5 have often said they are most afraid of AAA, yet Dignitas schooled AAA yesterday. That doesnt directly mean they were a threat to m5, but i expected them to fare better ._. especially because i think dig vs clg.na is a pretty even matchup.
Every misfortune is a blessing in disguise.
