I don't think Yi is good right now. Hard carrying from the jungle as "the carry" is ridiculously hard right now, jungle XP / gold just too low compared to solo lanes. You aren't farming to get gold to win, but rather getting farm to storage yourself from the other jungler and create advantaged skirmishes that set up big carry plays from the mid and top laners that are 3 levels higher than anyone in the game.
I could just be totally out to lunch. But I feel like if you pick a strong 2v2er that farms well, and path efficiently you can just set up whomever you want to carry so easily because it's very easy to generate and stretch huge jungle leads. Last season it felt impossible to get a 2 level lead on the other jungler, let alone 3 or 4, but this season I've just been burying other junglers with this kind of lead every game. Feels like a lot of junglers forgot (or never had to learn?) how to say... plan a route to get to Dragon that spawns in 1:30 while farming on the way there.
The top tier, in my opinion, at the moment are the supporty / control junglers. Less Nidalee / Shyv / Yi / Graves / Karthus, and more Elise / Nunu / Olaf / Udyr / Rammus / Warwick. I feel Nunu and Rammus are really strong right now because their clear is great and they are able to be just a bit more greedy with farm and still be in the action quickly with Snowball / roll. Udyr and Olaf feel so strong right now because they both just clear so friggen fast and are strong early in skirmishes. Elise and Warwick are kind of a mix of the two categories.
I think next tier is like the Reksai / LeeSin / Nidalee / Vi / Mundo / Xin / Voli etc who can kind of play that control game well if they can play to their win condition but aren't as versatile (maybe poor farming, or maybe poor ganks) and then last tier is either the pure gankers or the pure farmers (Yi / J4 / Shyv / Graves / Camille / Pantheon / Kayn / Sylas etc) that are either trying to hard snowball off of cheese ganks or carry 1v9 as the hypercarry.
Ivern should be broken right now but his farm speed is too tied to old spawn times. He's awful. I've seen Elko jungle a lot too, but havn't really seen it do too much.
Ofcourse I'm largely speculating, because I don't have close to the hundreds of games needed to make a sure list. That's just my feel and read.

i feel riot should just remove conqueror. they dunno wtf theyre doing with it and its almost always the strongest rune because they suck at balancing it

All this text scared me at first me but skimming through weapon descritpions made me think Aphelios is actually going to be eboy version of Heimerdinger with lots of things that don't do much on their own. Champion's trailer made me worry he's going to be a flashier, more complicated version of Jayce.

Yeah, this was kind of my thought as well. Squishy without mobility, I'm not too worried about it.
Seems kind of unreliable; I feel like he has a lot of tools but you can't really choose what tool you have at any given time, so it almost feels like a restriction more than anything. Like Udyr but you're randomly given two stances; that would feel horrible... You want turtle but sorry you get Pheonix.

This looks like invoker for the developer who doesn’t trust their players. I’m think there are some good ideas here, and I’m guessing the idea is like gnar where not getting to choose is part of the balance, but I really don’t like it. I feel like in order for him to be good in this state most if not all of the weapons need to be generically useful and that kills the point of having 5 weapons to me.
That and if he’s so complicated he needs his own Ui can we get the full gun order for the love of god, not just the on deck gun. At least then you can plan out some combos at low ammo planning on the swap or setting up a desired reload order

Just use like E to swap offhand with unequipped guns, get rid of mana q just expends x ammo. Guns regain ammo at x per 5 while unequppied with a penalty of having to wait for a full reload if you empty the clip completely (affected by cdr)
That alone would be a huge improvement but you could also do curl+q upgrades the weapon on your main hand up to 6 times for potential specialization.
Or you can accept the baby mode Dota stereotypes and make everything automated

Regarding the Conqueror- just remove the adaptive damage, make it only AD and then see how it goes and start balancing it. Mages have 6-7 viable & strong runes that can be swaped around on any mage without any real drawbacks: Comet, Aery, Glacial, Harvest. Electro, Aftershock, Phase maybe something else, did they really need to be able to get Conqueror? There is no other class which can use more than 3 key stone adequately, but we need to add more for the mages, ok riot, we got it, they sell skins and have to be strong, safe, fun etc., but just draw the line somewhere please

i just wanna use my same username and its either legitimately taken already or they wont allow me to reuse the id? for fucks sake riot
did some googling and apparently if i have a pbe account i have to change that first? how the fuck do you change your pbe account? i dont even remember making one.
also tried logging in with an account thats confirmed to not have a pbe account, and it still prompts the same message says the username is fking taken when i try to update. theres no way someone has taken all my obscure ass usernames. time to quit league boys
