Only to min range which was god awful and probably less bad now. Max range is .1, anyone who didn’t die to that already isn’t dying to .1

Fizz revert is a good idea even if it makes him OP temporarily. There is not really much skill in hitting long range sharks. Its just about CC. Like most of the assassin changes that made them more clunky/slow it was a miss.
I actually think they did have a decent hint of a thought about assassins 1-shotting being hard to balance around, but the thing they should have done was give assassins more control and more slipperiness in exchange for the ability to 1-shot. Like lowering the Fizz W cooldown, or increasing its range so to lower the Q damage or something. Something that lets them feel like they can go in and out and back in instead of making them stay in.

I just hope bruiser Fizz is back, it was one of the most fun champs to play I wish Riot would balanced him around a bruiserish aspect instead of assassin.

I've mained Janna since S2 and the only jungler I know how to play is Ivern. I'm a certified S-tier fun police officer.
Bring me back the glory days of Ignite/TP top and I'll squeal in joy. It was in my opinion by far the most interesting and fun top have ever been.

Fizz is basically all ap ratio now, his base damage is pretty awful precisely to keep bruiser fizz from being S tier (it’s still playable because mobility is king)

Got the new Akali in all for one tonight. New champ felt very fun. Also felt like it would be super annoying to play against. Lots of poke. No mana. Good escapes.
Edit: in all for one it seems like you can share smoke rings. So she’s bonkers as a group.

I'd say drop all of that save for Rammus, Leona, and Amumu. Those three haven't really seen much action and they would be fun tanks to see at Worlds.

The Leona change looks more like a nerf tbh and isn't Ashe when using her Q going to do like negative damage to Amumu with that change?

After watching Prof Akali using her in the rework, I must say I am truly going to enjoy playing her. Looks soooo fun to play. I think Akali vs Akali matches when applicable is more fun to watch than Zed vs Zed.

TF blade thinks going AD Tiatanic > DD is better than ap, that being said he hasn’t been able to get her in challenger Elo yet so he only has smurfing to judge it with.
Ap isn’t bad but if your team doesn’t need magic damage you should go ad is essentially what I’ve gathered from him

That background change thingie in profile is pretty interesting. I can see my first champion purchases:
Ryze->Soraka->Shen->Kayle->Lulu->Nidalee->Janna->Nunu

Looks like I liked catching people when I was little. Guessing a lot of people bought Soraka and Shen early mostly because of their low price. I don't remember playing a lot of Soraka back then but the old Shen was fun and simple, very good buy for the newbies.

Since we're in nostalgia mode anyone got fun/interesting stories from way back?
For me it was starting to use TP in top before it became meta, I think Singed was the only champ people did it on somewhat often in toplane. It started with the Yorick vs Teemo pick, I basically just wanted to lane with a Tear as fast as humanly possible so I figured "why not tp" then saw it wasn't actually completely troll and started using it on Shen too because what's more fun than being able to globally travel the map once?
-- of course it also helped me feed the enemy Darius even more after he got released. :^)

I started playing 2012, since then, I played many champions, mained at least 4-5 champs per role, especially before the role selection era. From all of these, Pantheon is my most played champ and my strongest champ, the one that I reached highest rank with and when I checked my purchase history, I was amazed to see that he is the 1st purchase I ever made and Perseus Pantheon is the 1st skin I ever bought. It was a love from first sight I suppose.
p.s. No reworks Riot, pls.

I started by looking at the available champs, which was in... summer 2011, so right after Orianna/Brand, not that many. Morgana, Janna and Irelia seemed to have the most interesting kits (we only had short blurbs and nothing about numbers, magic or physical damage, etc. nor video previews). I bought Morgana, played her a ton even though she lacked a lot in QoL (then got it, was spammed in pro play and at nerf after nerf, RIP), then Irelia, who became my 2nd main.
I bought Swain after facing him for the first time because his ult and kit looked really cool.
But Morgana (till she got nerfed too much for mid; support wasn't as much of a thing at the time), Irelia, Pantheon were my mains, and then I generally just spammed champions that are a pain in the ass in fights while refusing to die: Maokai, Mundo (jungle mostly), Nautilus (RIP jungle Naut, you died for tanks' base damage sins), Leona, Lulu support (well that was mostly because I've 1v2 uncoordinated botlanes from level 1, but going Locket/Mikael's/Shurelya's with her kit was hilariously survivable).
I usually just played mechanically simple lane bullies that let me outplay my opponents with vision, knowledge of gank timings and match-up power spikes, etc. like Pantheon, Olaf, Wukong, Irelia, Viktor. Some stuff that I simply liked like Brand. And tanks to initiate or peel like a madman because soloq is soloq (Leona, aforementioned tanks and junglers, etc.)
Then Vi because she was fun and came out a bit before an assassin meta where you just needed to go mid at the right times and convince your teammate to bait a fight to collect free kills.

Uh, does Consume now have zero channeling time? That seems a bit too strong when it comes to objective securing, unless they nerf the damage, which would blow...
I like his redesign though, he's one of the oldest champions in the game without a proper rework.

Ryze still hasn't had a PROPER rework. Many reworks, yes, but all of them improper.
