I would assume Lulu would be better with the 45% CDR. Theoretically, you can E, and then Q twice before Help Pix ends, though it might not actually be possible due to cast times/latency. Even if you can't, Lulu isn't really meant for damage, but the utility of her skills, so it might be better no matter what. | ||

The only champion I can think of is soraka and mayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyybe janna. Precision is just too good not to get for 5% cdr. Unless you playing on korea you can't cast q 2 times lol. | ||

lvl3 precision Nami with split pen runes can do like 60% of the ad's life though so it's not straight up the right choice, but if you are a late game greeder dog when it comes to runes/masteries I'd take it. | ||

I think Sona/Nami/Soraka/Janna should consider it. Maybe support Karma? | ||

You said the reason why people don't take it on Ori/Karthus was that DFT is better than Thunderlords. Well you said they'd consider it but that basically means the same thing the way you wrote it. This would imply that you think Intelligence is better than Precision on those champions (because otherwise they'd consider taking Precision), which is exactly what nafta is responding to. | ||
