REMOVEDSET LASERS TO SLOW No longer slows the target REMOVEDSET LASERS TO DAMAGE REDUCTION No longer reduces the target's damage Thank god. Maybe we'll see clear stomps end a little faster now. I've been losing interest watching games when you know one team is going to snowball, reach the brick wall at the inhib turret, and stall out to wait for baron/dragon to spawn.

The fact that is early game is worse now (bad waveclear, he still has a pretty good autoattack for harass though) might keep him from being nerfed further but once you get tear and have a few points in Q hes still pretty scary. Also his mid/late still seems just as strong. I've been going tear - rod/boots - ludens, dcap/void.

First game in 5.12 was the only time I've seen Elise but she absolutely dominated everyone and completely carried my team. The combination of her receiving individual buffs but then the addition of Runeglaive has helped her a lot. For some numbers: - 50% heal on-hit in spider form. Add on Spirit Visage and you've got 60%, that plus the damage amplification on her Rappel. Could take a while before we see people getting used to her again but man, it was as if I was watching release Elise again. As somone who was a big Elise player before I still don't think she is that strong. the new jungle item is strong and it did seem to fit nice weaving autos to proc the passive with her. But Eve/Diana/fizz seem to have benefited the most from the new item. Also do u know if that Elise was maxing e first or w?

You gotta go full crit gp, then lategame switch Q to magic damage and render all their armor worthless muhahahah. Or like top lane GP with smite, wait for them to build armor, then buy runeglaive, or if they don't, get warrior.

Probably the highest magic damage nuke in the game lol. From my one game of full damage jungle runeglaive gp, it also bypasses yasuo windwall for some reason. For those who don't know, it's an AoE centered on Luna that hits everything several times. For Diana, it'd hit everything around her and mark them as though they got hit by her Q, so in theory she could just E reset everything so long as her mana holds out. It'd have to be on a super long cooldown because that's potentially a TON of damage she would deal in a team fight, but it could work if they balanced it properly (high base damage, low AP ratios probably).

That's why I hope that the supposed rework coming down the pipe for her is that her R becomes her E, the E is removed entirely, and her new ult does something similar to Luna's ult in Dota 2. Using Lunar Rush consumes ALL instances of moonlight. So if they were going to let her dash around like Irelia in a low wave, they'd need to change that mechanic.

On June 26 2015 01:04 little fancy wrote: Greetings fancy Meta is a 2 tank engage meta. Usually jungle and top or jungle and support are your primary tanks. Often you will have jungle/top with support as an off tank. This is due to the power of cinderhulk and the siege protection of the tier 2/3 towers. Junglers can easily get tanky and so don't need to have as much of an early game impact, while the tower shields make sieging hard without a good engage. Don't expect towers to fall early. In soloqueue you will probably find standard lanes with prolonged laning phases. In a team game you might find fast pushes but will more than likely just swaps and slow pushes. Its really hard to take the second tower now, so its often not worth to try. Games stall out waiting for baron/dragon respawns since dragon offers a potential massive team fight buff when you get the 5th and Baron has very strong siege which can be necessary to break the base. This makes team fights relatively linear with little to no flanking (i mean it can happen but its not like the assassin days where it would be all the time). Because of this the best AD's are Ashe/Jinx/Sivir. Each one either has engage, or lots of damage (or both). Vayne is also very good currently because there are few assassins and lots of high HP targets. For the most part IE/PD/LW is your standard AD build BT/PD/LW is acceptable and probably even preferred in many instances. (i think that the BT sustain is undervalued) but BotRK is also very strong due to its buffs.(especially on vayne). Shiv nerfs have dropped it out of "ideal choice" to "well pick it up if you can't get PD or really really need wave clear". Most important is that "defensive item" tends to be better as a semi-defensive item. Either Scimitar for cleanse, or Maw for raw MR/Shield. The normal "defensive item" is only good if you need its special ability to defend against the enemy in a specific way[Banshee] or the enemy is very heavy into physical damage that armor suits you. And you can't forgo that for another PD. Graves and Corki are <50% win rate, but not so far as to not be viable. Highest soloqueue win rates are Ashe, Jinx, Vayne, Sivir, Draven, MF in that order. Your Runes are fine. I think some top AD's run scaling CDR runes but that probably isn't necessary and is champion specific

Ahh, ok. Even then, they could just have it mark everything and let her choose who to dash to. As an aside, does anyone know if QSS will break Vi's ult BEFORE she hits you (similar to how Zhonyas cancels it)? I want to say it doesn't, but I'm not sure.
