That was Kobe. Basically, he was saying if your teammates aren't around and you go into a stupid fight, that's on you and not them.

Well what are you supposed to do when your team refuses to group? Keep giving free objectives?
|
Yes.You just have to accept the guy is a vegetable and play around it not much you can do.Suiciding 4v5 at the objective is stupid as well.

lol nafta so salty
you do what you always do in league of legions you make the best play you can make individually according to what your teammates are doing

I often find that instead of yelling at the guy that isn't grouping and losing fights, it's often more beneficial to just accept he isn't going to go where you want him to and just go to him. Then the problem becomes convincing everybody else to go too.

Depends on what hero you are and how well you're doing.

Well, its not always a choice of walking away or getting engaged on either. The best play should be to bait a bad engage or to cause enough pressure to make the other team walk away, amirite?

Yeah, but it's soloq so it's hard to get people on the same page of "let's pretend to want to fight" and then have them actually pull it off.

I play from the other side of this and nothing is more frustrating in diamond then bringing 3 top as nasus and killing 1/zero while your 4 teammates go from pushing lane to dicking around in your jungle and yell at you for getting caught when they could have taken a tower instead lol.
to clarify, this is not always the best way to play but for example if their team is something like Lissandra/morg/vayne/x/x just accept that I am never going to join teamfights and it would be a waste of my time to do so no matter how fed I am.

On AP ez is lichbane or ibg generally better?
I feel like Rylais isn't good since the only way to get the 35% slow is with E, your escape, and Ez lacks cc, but IBG does a lot less damage.

How do you guys CS as AP Ez too? I have so little AD and can't Q every creep. I've just been building nashors first item.

You CS the same way any other AP champion does. Get gud.

And often the case isn't that the guy won't group it's just that he won't do it fast enough for your liking he's like clearing bot and because of no patience the other 3-4 push up mid and get jumped on.
need to ask him whether hes close to getting core item or else just take his cs and force him to group.

However I've been playing her a few times in the jungle and she seems pretty good. Clear is totally fine, excellent dueling, extreme map pressure/mobility, and still does damage with low gold. Blind is also a rare, but great utility effect. He (she? idk) felt like a slightly weaker version of nid jungle in my opinion because he doesn't get his incredible mobility/map pressure till 6.
I know it sounds weird but I really recommend you try it out before you knock it. I was pleasantly surprised and I jungled pretty much every champ already.
edit:
for more info: I went for the typical builds so far which is trailblazer/warrior enchantment -> merc/berserk treads -> bork/youmuus (depends on comp/how fed) -> defensive item if needed or last whisper.
I want to experiment with offtank going straight into tank items after warrior enchantment. I feel that quinn can also be a teamfight initiator with tank items but haven't tested it yet. 21/9 and ad/as runes
How well does she support Gnar type builds ( BoRK or Brut into tank)? The Bork or Brut being the second item after jungle.

The Bork or Brut being the second item after jungle. it's not bad and I would do so if my top is a tank top and the other team has a fair amount of health. however if my team doesn't really need more damage I would rather just be a tanky initiator than another squishy liability. I actually prefer brut/youmuus to bork because bork is so expensive but if you're fed by all means go for it.
This seems like a waste of Quinn's excellent crit animation, though. How to sword of the divine assassin build?
