Keep in mind that the constellations are similar to the ones that appear on the Rift in this patch or the next one.
I know Dota 2 has a hero called the Oracle who seems to have a similar star-related image/theme, could this be Riot's version of it? Or is that closer to Zilean?
Given that it's depicted in the teaser as a downward facing triangle, it immediately makes me recall the Summer Triangle.
Things to note: The teaser was released on the Chinese new year and the dress of the people in the teaser looks Ionian. the summer triangle is also used in a Chinese folk tale.
Maybe some of posters more versed in Chinese folk lore(as in, knows anything about it) could extrapolate some theories of how this could tie into the character?
e. Things like this are why Riven has the highest skillcap of League champions. 3+ years later and still new ATs.
Is the thing that Boxbox talked about was Qing over the towers because if so I kind of already learned that while playing her a ton in Season 4.
There's a second video where he explains it. He dropped a ward behind him while mid air on the third Q and it turned him around and changed the hitbox so he jumped away and still stopped the Q with the knockup.

On 3rd Q, Riven does a frontflip. The hitbox is focused infront of her. While flipping, he wards behind himself, which reorients Riven mid flip. This causes the pop ups hitbox to land behind her, interrupting Lee, instead of being in the normal place infront of her where it wouldn't.

To expand on that, placing a ward is an instantaneous facing change and, more importantly, doesn't cancel animations or pathing. So when Boxbox placed the ward mid-Q3, the facing change is not only instant, but he also continues to walk forward, away from the enemy team. If he manually changed his facing, he'd lose distance between him and the enemy team.
It's honestly a really cool trick/"emergent gameplay" and I'm pretty sure more champions can abuse the ward mechanic. Hopefully Riot won't patch it away :[

I'm pretty miffed since I saw the Rapidstar video yesterday but didn't have time to watch it and now that I do the subtitles are in a constant state of "loading". -.-

E in, W their whole team, R yourself, when they think they can kill you when it fades -> Zhonya, Q for cleanup, E to chase down the poor fools that think they can escape
congrats, now you know how to play Lissandra
edit - I don't even know what video people are talking about

edit: For some reason I thought this was offtopic. On a topic-appropriate note there's some good stuff in the rapidstar video about when and where to place Lissandra E, among other things.
I've learned some really good places that you can jump walls without letting your claw be seen (pretty much the same places you can super ward over walls). For example, you can get from blue side wolves across the two walls to the inner tower even though it doesn't look like the claw would get you over the second wall. Figuring out all those places is quite handy for ganks.
Well if you word it like that pretty sure there isn't a hard champion to play.Honestly as liss knowing how to flank isn't that easy and her build isn't really retard proof if you don't do it properly.

Lol obviously I was over simplifying. Knowing when to actually engage vs flank is definitely something important to learn.
What do you consider about her build that isn't straightforward though?
