Yeah but that Q looks PRETTY BROKEN. According to S@20:
Orb of Deception (Q) has a new effect: "Ahri gains movement speed while her orb travelling" [Note: This is a pretty significant speed boost that rapidly decays. At level 1 and rank 1 of Q, movement speed spikes from 330 (base) up to 545 then rapidly down to 410 until the orb returns.] Foxfire (W) damage increased to 50/80/110/140/170 from 40/65/90/115/140 Charm (E) AP ratio increased to .5 from .35 Charm (E) no longer amplifies damage on target by 20% for 6 seconds. Charm (E) damage increased to 60/90/120/150/200 from 60/90/120/150/180
With the removal of E amp, and W rebuffed in damage, she is essentially going to be back to her release state. I think this will favour a Rylai's build with her. She won't be as OP as when she was first released, but with that movement thing I think she will still be fairly broken.

I like the change with Giant's belt, that it builds from Ruby Crystal now.

Also look at probuilds for ahri, DFG is like 100% buy rate on her, Leblanc it's like 40% ish.

Leblanc didn't really ever buy DFG since her burst is pretty nuts already.

Since someone's factual basis in a post is being questioned here, how do you know Ashe has the lowest damage?
Yes, it's a trick question, but feel free to answer.

However, it does not compare to any of the meta ADC's spells. I'm not gonna break down every single ADC's spells, but it is evident that Ashe's spells do elss damage than people like Corki, KogMaw, Ezreal, Draven, Graves, etc. Not to mention, again, the massive steroids that many other ADCs have on their spells to enhance auto-attacks, compared to Ashe's Q which only applies CC. Those kinds of math only works when you attack an unmoving dummy target. TIL Utility now counts as damage. Alistar most damage champion now. Your total damage against champions is calculated at end game. lol. Not sure if serious. how many times are you gunna change the goal post just to try and fit the definition of "plenty of damage" for Ashe? You can begin by telling me why your end game statistics is not a good statistics for a champion's ability to do damage. It's not my job to disprove it, it's your job to prove it. (and it should be pretty obvious why). Plus you haven't even posted the numbers for damage in comparison to other ADC's.
It is not my job to convince you, actually. You can keep thinking Alistar has the most damage. Some people also believe the earth is the centre of the universe. It's really not my business.
The question at hand is that moderation was used for essentially "uninformed comments" even though the mods are pretty uninformed themselves. I am an Ashe player and I've done these number crunching many times. I could have just called Neo out a few hours ago but I chose not to.
By the way, I think the moderation team is going in a really bad direction here.

I think the only thing Guomingdong got wrong was the base attack speed part. Everything else he said was more or less correct, but got spinned around by Cheep.
I get the sense that posting on GD requires the poster's opinion to align with the mods or be moderated. This is a terrible direction to take.

I am not derailing it. I am asking you a simple question since you brought it up:
You said Ashe has the lowest damage among ADCs. What evidence do you have of this?
Yes I saw your math on attack speed, etc. That works only on a theoretical level against a dummy target that does not move. I am just curious how you came up with that conclusion.
I mean you are a mod and everything I am sure you are very knowledgeable. I just want to be better at the game!

Use the "Ashe vs Bottom Lane Averages (Ranked statistics)" Tab. Even by your own stupid fucking criteria Ashe does less damage than most ADC's. Went through all the ADC's only ones with less than Ashe, are twitch, vayne, and ez.

That's total damage dealt, by the way. That includes damage dealt to minions and monsters. Nice try though.
