He could be low tier in stats and scalings and damage, but he'd still probably deserve at least mid tier thanks to his insane utility. His flag buffs nearby allies and can also give vision. He has a relatively simple Q-E knockup. His ult can save allied champions (for example an ADC being chased) or it can force picks on the enemy team. Unless they remove any of that, I don't really see Jarvan ever being bad. | ||

There is a reason, why only Lee Sin, Orianna and Thresh are staples of their roles for 3-4 years depend on who you discuss. Doesn't prevent guys like Irelia, Jarvan IV, Elise, Ahri, Janna and some else to lurk around all the time, i don't touch adcs intentionally, outside of Caitlyn noone really stood out in that role in 4 seasons. Even if you remove some damages on Jarvan The Fourth though, or, let's say, lower some base stats for him, he will be still picked occassionally in competitive, i'd say. Like, even in his darkest days in season 4, he was still seeing some play, lol. The reason why people feel she has low damage is because of her 1-5 laning phase. She essentially can't trade with the enemy at all. Sure, she can land an auto harass or a W, but there's no way she'll ever win an allin 2v2 fight versus virtually any duo. Then she hits level 6 and her laning is ridiculously oppressive with her ult. The real problem is her kit synergy. Her passive rewards her for not auto attacking(an ADC's job is to keep lanes pushed mid-late game). While her E passive rewards her for last hitting. As far as damage charts go, you have to keep in mind Ashe is the old ADC that can also be played as a viable support. | ||

We're going to look at this and discuss what the appropriate course of action is start of next week, will keep you folks posted. | ||
