MSI Team Dragon Knights will be preparing to compete in the upcoming challenger series with the following roster. They are coached by former CJ coach Kim Dong Woo.
Shin 'Kina' Woo Yeong (aka Seraph) Kevin 'Kez' Jeon Seo 'Kyle' Ji Sun Lee 'LouisXGeeGee' Sung Jin Kevin 'Konkwon' Kwon
Damn, was just editing mine ^^ Well, another appearance of an interesting team. I'd look forward in seeing them play in Challenger Series, hoping that they will let Seraph play something from his champ pool.
So the AD is former JinAir Loyal but who is the mid? The website says he was on Coast and GBK (which I've never even heard of). Don't remember anyone like him on Coast, so who is he?

Kyle is a fairly well known high elo Jayce player who has tried qualifying for OGN several times (most notably on Virtual Throne Gaming) and streams on GBKTV. He has Jayce guides and montages on youtube and stuff.

Seems like they all speak Korean then. At least communication issues won't be a problem... I hope they work out though, I like Seraph

Well, he looks like he knows how to play. Also Jayce is pretty decent pick mid nowadays, so why not?
All evidence there for them not succeeding. They only chanse is, if they will take 1st place in Challenger series and thus automatically seeded to LCS.
MSI TDK are looking like one of the favorites for the six slots in the NA challenger league. While they aren't like thoroughly dominating the challenger ladder like Coast did back for the expansion tournament, they have looked pretty solid and climbed to the #3 seed pretty quickly.
Top 6 for the NA challenger league will probably be Fusion, F5, Enemy, Cloud 9, C9 and TDK, although Storm or Brawl might be able to upset, particularly if some of these teams wind up in groups together.
From the reddit thread on the announcement. These are all thoughts and info that I agree with and can verify. TDK are going to be a really strong developmental Challenger team with a ton of potential.
I've been extremely excited for this team since I first heard they were going to be in the Challenger scene. They've been doing extremely well in the Ranked 5s ladder. I know people still have their doubts about Seraph, but he's improved a lot. He's playing a lot better in lane, he's learning how to take his foot off the gas all the time. His team play is starting to improve, although it's not necessarily LCS level teleports. Narakyle is an amazing mid laner. He apparently has had a little bit of trouble listening to his team so far, which is showcased in some of his decision making in their games. But his Jayce is absolutely fucking godlike. When Faker sits there and says that his Jayce (Although, only his Jayce) is better than Fakers, then it's kind of a big deal. Not to mention he tried out for Coast, but they didn't take him due to some language barriers. They had nothing but good things to say about him. KonKwon is a solid support, although his lack of LCS experience may prove to be a factor in them not doing as well as some other teams. But there's a reason that Hotshot initially wanted him as their support during the CLG bootcamp. Kez has a decent amount of LCS experience, which is always good for a challenger team. He's an excellent fit for Seraph in the top lane, as Kez is known for getting a sightstone on literally every jungler he plays, so he has no problem helping out with vision on the top side or wherever there needs to be one, if Seraph can't get a ward out. (For a showcase of where this goes fucking horribly, watch the DIG games against CLG in playoffs. It was either DIG or CRS that camped him hardcore). Loyal (LouisXGeeGee) was a former Jin Air ADC. I believe he was only a substitute. I don't know much about him other than that. Although his mechanics seem to be fairly on point. From what I've seen of their games, their laning is fairly good, but they have a rough time in their rotations and dragon control, as well as being on the same page for certain calls. However, those are all things that can grow from proper management as well as experience. I don't know anything regarding their management or support staff. If there's anything that seems to be disputable, or that RAPiD doesn't agree with, I'm sure his input on them is a lot more on point than mine is. Although I think this team has the ability to be one of the more able teams in the challenger scene, but it will come down to how they're managed, and how much effort the support staff puts in.

I assume he is good on other champs, but if a team were to ban jayce against him, would he still play at a level that is needed for LCS? It feels like he is only known to play jayce.
