That being said, I felt like he was a bit underrated... his ult is still amazing, and it pretty much always will be.

Aren't you allowed two foreigners? That'd be Impact and Rush. XWX is exempt, thus doesn't count. Wiz and Adrian are NA. Works out to me.

Maybe he's improved, and I don't want to shit on the team before they even play, but ugh.

As written, the original Riot post only says that if you have TWO OR MORE exempts, you can't add a non-exempt. However, if you have ONE exempt, you can still add two non-exempts. This is confusing because most peoples' original interpretation was more along the lines of "you can have two or more exempts--but as soon as you add a non-exempt, they start to count toward your foreigner total", which isn't the case. In short, exempt non-residents only count against your foreigner total if you have two or more. A single exempt non-resident effectively only counts as a resident player, so you CAN add 2 non-residents.

You're allowed 2 foreigners + 3 natives afaik. Not 2+1+2. On January 08 2015 04:09 TheYango wrote: I just re-read the rules. Apparently this is legal. Also, apparently, Wizfujin is Apollo now, so wei2coolman's dream is reality now :>

i.e. 3 excempt = ok, 2 excempt + 1 new = not ok it was pretty clear when they posted the scenarios. I don't really care for the rule anyway so w/e if they are bending it. Here are some examples of impermissible roster changes: Team is starting three exempt non-residents and two residents. Team wants to replace one exempt non-resident with one non-exempt non-resident. The team cannot do this - However, they can replace the exempt non-resident with another exempt non-resident or a resident. Team has five exempt non-residents, and wants to replace one of them with a non-exempt non-resident player. The team cannot do this - if a team has two or more exempt non-residents, they cannot add an additional non-exempt non-resident. how is the bolded less of a problem than what is happening??? I mean if you support reigon lock that is unlike me. http://na.lolesports.com/articles/interregional-movement-and-expansion-tournament

It figures that Riot provided 7 examples in the original press release, but NONE of them actually cover the borderline case of a team having one exempt non-resident trying to add 2 non-exempt non-residents--which is actually the only confusing case at all for the new rules. All their examples are like 3+2 or 4+1+1, or other cases that are not really confusing, but the actually confusing case of 2+1+2 doesn't get clarified.

My apologies. I'll replace those two players with an even deadlier combination of Daydreamin and NintendudeX
