wei2coolman, I've been running AS/ARM/MR/ARM, but only because that's my previous set, it works well enough for me, and I'm too poor to buy new runepages 
With golem-start routes capable of a full clear and less chance of low-level counterjungling, is it better to still ask for a leash or to just tell the laner to go to lane? Blue side bot lane should be able to contribute a couple of auto-attacks each and still return to lane in time to not miss experience, but purple side top lane is a bit riskier.
Also, how are people finding the stat-per-level normalizations? In my (few) games so far, solo laners have been playing super cautiously as a result of not being confident about when they can all-in successfully. I've been playing mostly support and jungle, and the change hasn't felt too significant.

pretty sure not running armor yellows is suicide now.
since the machete on hit is a DoT effect there are probably some dimishing returns on full AS for both marks and quints, you can probably squeeze in some AD reds or AP quints on some champs and sustain is at such a premium that lifesteal might be situationally viable.
with increased monster health i wonder if Q max, spell vamp quint mundo might be a thing again, although i suspect his early clears are probably brutal no matter what kind of sustain you rune for, he had health issues even in the old jungle.
edit: yeah armor quints are always solid value too

I play mostly top lane, but the change isn't really that noticeable. Each champion has a bit more base health, but that doesn't affect the fundamentals of each match-up. I think the base health and armour changes wouldn't equate to more than a single auto attack (which, at higher levels, may promote more or less all-ins at certain levels depending on how knee-jerk people react). I think people are playing cautiously due to the new jungle and being unsure of gank timings.

I may be wrong but TSM cannot add any non-residents unless they are also exempt (eg. Helios).

Second, Sivir. Is trinity force so bad that noone buys it in competitive, lol. From my plat scrub perspective, tf/shiv/lw or Corki's buildpath is sick legit because of duel potential/pushing//midgamefighting but probably I just don't see something important.
Plus Sivir never benefited a lot from ie/pd builds in general, being that raw damage splitpush fighter after riccochet rework and its interactions with ultimate.

Don't use MR blues on champions with AP ratios, use flat AP instead. Don't use it on champions without ratios either, use flat CDR on them instead. Faster clear=more gold and exp to buy Mres with>Mres
Armor quints aren't always value, they are value only if you are exactly Rammus. In jungle that is.

I think scaling CDR blue is almost universally better for junglers (I run 6 scaling CDR blues typically). Flat AP sucks unless you are Diana.

He's a Rockstar just like in S1. Farms well, scales well, hanks well, is Hella safe, and can counter jungle well (wins every duel, clears fast and healthily).

For Fiddle i don't know, but even for Elise I can definitely see the superiority of CDR. In fact people used to build CDR boots on her because less CD = more damage and stickiness.

No, they're exempt non residents. They still take up non-resident slots. Nobody has been in NA long enough to gain "residency."

I don't believe so, and I don't think teams would try that without risking the fine/game DQ hammer.

Play Kha6 for the first time on new patch/jungle and holy crap, it's so incredibly hard. Even compared to Vi who has a paltry shield, I had to base so early and often with Kha6. Even with W max, it's difficult to sustain and do long jungle clears compared to Panth, Vi, Xin. Felt so inefficient that I'm not even sure it's worth trying again, zz.
The upside was with Stalkers, pretty much nothing could run away from you, between Chilling Smite + W slow.
I'll give Trundle a run tomorrow.

Isn't it more for her e? Her mid-lategame is basically walk around being tanky and e'ing people as often as she can, so you want 40% cdr ASAP
