I haven't changed my runes since before way back when they changed a bunch of them. No idea what's good.
But I played her a few games and have had very few mana issues. Annie Q on E with no cooldown is amaaaaaaaaaazing

How big of a drop off is using AP glyphs instead of mana glyphs on Ryze? 3690ip is pretty steep right now.

yeah its good. the extra mana from the ryze page is mostly for the 6 extra mana per E last hit to fund the constant poison you are probably using. you don't have enough mana problems to dedicate too much to it, but the base mana from the rune page does take care of pretty much all the problems almost all game. i started with that page and turned the quints to spell vamp eventually. but the flat mana actually pays for 100% of your waveclear in regen from the E and makes stacking a breeze.

The damage is roughly the same. so you are just missing out on having an extra couple spells worth of mana. which can get you an extra kill every few games. not enough to put off a ton of other spending on ip, but it definitely is pretty much undeniably better.
Unless you play a lot of blitz or cass or ryze its probably not worth the investing in the flat mana right now.

So first I've had problems with HDD and bad sectors. Now, when I have a new HDD I probably have problems with graphic card or some shit, because my notebook keeps freezing in random moments when I'm launching any game at facebook or I'm trying to run Everest or some shit. I can watch movies/serials online that's no problem.

New Cassio is fine if you like the E machine gun style. If you like the old Q max watch them slowly die to DoT, you probably won't enjoy it.

eh come on, zilean is not something spectacular bot lane, if u just want sustain, Sona, Nami perhaps even soraka can do perfectly fine. Also if u put few more points on shield, morgana can neglect his damage almost completely. Karma can out harass him (together with providing sustain with shield) if you know what u r doing. What else.. Blitz and Tresh can always zone him, but its a skill match ups. Also if the adc goes for early vampire scepter, he can cope up with Zilean with little help from the support

Black shield's cooldown is 13 seconds longer than Zilean's Q, and at level 3 Q will do ~180 damage while black shiled will only protect ~80.
