He may or may not have meant to be insulting Reginald or Poland or whatever. That really doesn't matter. What matters is that it did offend and upset people, and Thorin should care about whether or not the things he says in a professional, public capacity are upsetting people. All he had to do was be like "Hey, what I said was meant to be a joke, I didn't mean to upset people, I'm sorry about that." What he's doing just shows that he cares more about being right than the feelings of the people watching his shows, which ultimately makes me not want to watch his shows. | ||
