I think he just pissed a lot of people off once, and he's not the most humble of people so he's rather easy to continue to hate. Personally I don't mind him, and find his videos interesting. But i can see how people could stay not liking him for something he did a while ago.

Go into teambuilder, then you can not play for half an hour without even having to click "accept game" every now and then. :p
Had a braum in my last ranked game, it was near impossible to fight them (us morg lucian, then braum mf) early on, as every trade just got absorbed, not that they could do anything back to us. But then mf let herself get caught a bunch of times and we snowballed.
It was basically impossible for our vi to gank though. Every time she appeared braum would just q us, slowing everyone, then absorb everything as he walked away, taking basically no damage.
Also lucian ulting braums shield is one of the coolest looking things I've seen in ages.
Has anyone actually tried/vs'd him in a serious game?

It's not like we ostracized him for that one single incident. We have former hackers in TL whom we respect very much nowdays, because they actually cleaned up their shit.
With LastShadow every now and then we heard something from him and turned out it was bullshit.

He also lost a game to a single zealot like not even 10 minutes into a game. Lastshadow that is. All the protoss had to do was get a Stalker past the bunker to force the GG. The zealot did all the work

I beat last shadow a buncha times when WoL came out lol, and i wasnt even remotely good at sc2(mid masters league maybe)

Played some normals with Braum! This is still speculative since people dont know what they are doing yet but:
Good stuff:
He is really fun to play
His passive is incredible
His q is sweet as shit, has real high base damage (espcially at level 1) a 70% slow + stun stacker plus the projectile moves really quickly
His damage in lane fights is nice, and his teamfighting feels active and strong
It looks like riot may have gone out of their way to design a champion which beats thresh in lane + Show Spoiler +
Cool animations lore etc..
Laning against him as janna could be okay and i want to play her again
His mana costs are crazy low
Bad stuff
No idea how he matches up against other supports because blind pick results in the unholy but hilarious wall vs wall mirror
I really dont see how you are supposed to get kills against him in lane, think janna but with kill pressure
The range on his w is underwhelming
His q actually stops at the range indicator unlike morg or lux q's
Cant ward jump and his number are so nice they aren't going to put it in.
There are a bunch of ads that should pair up nicely with him, You can jump to a stealthed twitch to get a surprise engage and fast stun, with lucian passive and a q auto you more or less have a taric stun, you have a great ult combo with ashe and with graves in lane with you he isn't going to die easily. I want to try a him with jinx since they kits would link up well and he makes up for her immobility somewhat.
I am worried he might end up invalidating a lot of picks, i played against an ezreal and a jinx and they couldn't do much to me when i could near cancel half of their burst and the w makes it really difficult for the other bot lane to get to your adc. Design wise i am a bit worried about him coming into the game, I know he is weak atm but why would you ever pick taric when there is Braum. If thresh/Braum are how they want to make new supports they need to give some attention to the older champs.
My friend said he thought riot are sick of siege comps and that Braum and yasuo are their sneaky way of trying to remove nidalee players from the game.

I think riot is trying to create a competitive set of champions they would like to see at the professional level right now, which is indirectly making a lot of the overlapping champions kinda useless. ..i think its for the better
...and stop talkign about lastshadow that guy is worse than combatex

If those "overlapping" champions that get knocked out (of the support pool, and this is mostly personal bias for me), comprise Taric, Fiddle, Soraka/Soraka (but there does need to be a cool healing support, just perhaps less faceroll than those), that is fine. The problem lies with killing off core supports like Alistar, Janna, and Nami, and also losing Lulu to the midlane because her power was shifted (which would be fine to me if Nami and Janna were Tier 1).

I dont think Alistar is that bad, he just needs to combo or he's worthless so i guess that kinda hurts him lol.
Taric has honestly been phased out for a very long time. Fiddle can always jungle/midlane effectively so he isnt completely worthless by any means

Alistar isn't really played but you cant really push him out of lane and he is dangerous as hell with flash up, plus his teamfight is really nice. He does everything he used to and he also has a surprisingly good win rate in longer games. I thought he would do well at the start of s4 with relic shield, dorans shield and the changes to the defense tree. Sadly, tarics numbers being broken and leona hype train left him sitting in the corner unloved and forgotten. He just doesn't fit the fight initiator role as well as other champs and that what people seem to be looking for now. Fiddle support was hurt by the changes to fear and you can kill him pretty easily in lane, i feel like you are relying on the others letting dark wind poke bounce a lot or getting a lucky ult to be successful.
