The point of wearing the suit is not so you can conform to society's expectations or kowtow before The Man. It's to signal that you care deeply about the position you are interviewing for, and that you will take every step to make sure you get that job. It's not the fact that you're wearing a suit, it's the fact that you chose to wear a suit. I don't really get why people are making a fuss about this. Do you go to an interview in jeans and a t-shirt? The minimum I would imagine is smart pants, shoes, shirt and a tie. The blazer is optional and if you own a full suit why not use it then. It depends on the job you're interviewing for. A step above daily work attire is the standard rule of thumb. Notwithstanding jobs where a good suit IS the daily work attire, in which case I hope you have a really nice watch.

Being too professional would take away from the fact that this is a game. I actually like the casual business look.

If you're interviewing for a summer analyst position and you're wearing a 20k A Lange and Sohne or something it's gonna look pretty fucking weird lol. The risks either way are too high. Most people won't notice it, but no one is going to think better of you for wearing a certain watch, and sometimes when they do there's a chance it could go poorly. Got my Zed <3 I wonder how much longer they are going to do the world winners skinsets, I don't really think its a good idea...the fact is that there really isn't really enough team branding/style/uniqueness to keep basing 5 skins sets on. They can't just keep releasing champions wearing a team color uniform with headsets on every year. Some things work out ok like zed with the SKT shaped blades, but for most of the champions they really have nothing much to go on. You are just going to end up with a bunch of really homogenous team recolors that are actually pretty confusing visually as to what champ they actually are. I don't care how great your graphic design team is, you can't make endless sets of visually interesting and recognizable skins based on a team logo, a trophy, and headsets.
