That's adorable. This also reflects why Korea is the top region in terms of professionalism and how that translates to results. From what I can gather going into the summoning insight vod on it seraph was like incredibly determined, turned up to OGN studio in his suit, had everything sorted out with his parents and was learning english just to join CLG. #HardWork #Dedication

After the trainwreck of XDG I think it's safe to say NA has learnt the valuable lesson that keeping on top of solo queue practice is important.

Whatever happened to CLG's requirement that all members need to be Challenger and people saying other top teams were gonna adopt that?

Seraph probably didn't even consider the possibility of not showing up without wearing a suit, whilst other candidates, upon hearing this, are like "wtf oh shit DAD CAN I BORROW YOUR SUIT" or "what a loser trying to suck up".
The point of wearing the suit is not so you can conform to society's expectations or kowtow before The Man. It's to signal that you care deeply about the position you are interviewing for, and that you will take every step to make sure you get that job. It's not the fact that you're wearing a suit, it's the fact that you chose to wear a suit.

Dig seemed to have followed it for the most part. Everyone was in challenger for most of the season, which wasn't the case past splits.
Cruzer fell out of challenger during the end of the split and promptly got dropped, although I don't think those two things were actually tied together.

I don't really get why people are making a fuss about this. Do you go to an interview in jeans and a t-shirt? The minimum I would imagine is smart pants, shoes, shirt and a tie. The blazer is optional and if you own a full suit why not use it then.

Wtf, I tune into Crumbzz's stream and he's 7-0-4 on jungle Olaf with Golem+Tabi+GA (on cd). Go do some stuff for 5 minutes, come back, peek, he's bought Banshee's and his 11-0-7.

Because lots of LoL players aren't exactly the most professional people around. How many of the current NA players do you think would show up to an interview for a team in a suit?

Crumbzz is a monster in soloqueue from what I can tell. It'll be interesting to see what he can do with competent solo-laners, assuming Shiphtur and Zion don't suck.

because this is e-sports, where the only people required to wear blazers, are the casters who don't even tuck their shirt in. + Show Spoiler +
and probably no other progamer would probably appear in a suit :D
