A spot where I can still do well and play basically any champ. But if I wanted to play with only Veigar because he has been a favorite of mine since I started, what would be the answers to the above questions  .I played a bunch of veigar in s2, but i haven't brought him out much in s4 because I can't first pick him mid very easily (and i always end up first picking mid or not playing mid at all..). I used to run hybrid pen reds and move quints to just harass the other guy with AA-Q-AA until he realized i wasn't using my Q to farm. Veigar has a pretty good AA animation, which is why I sorta liked using move quints instead of AP quints. It was a pretty interesting set up. I think any standard AP mid page will get the job done tho; you could replace scaling AP blues with flat mres blues because of his Q passive, but other than that, I don't think there are many other things you can run. I run 21/6/3 on my mids cause i'm weird, but any 21/x/x combination should work. As for Q usage, I never use it to last hit unless it's the cannon minion or if I'm definitely going to miss a CS. He's not like nasus where your Q has a flat cost at all levels. Yea, you're sacrificing your Q stacks, but you have to pick between controlling your lane and getting a high Q stack. Can't have both. If you try to do both, you end up oom, which like you said, makes veigar pretty useless. If your opponent isn't trying to harass you while you last hit, then you can safely use your Q to last hit. | ||
